I live next to this bank, and there were problems with this bank before (when exchanging $ 150, they did not exchange $ 100, they said they did not like the bill)), I went straight to Alfa, they exchanged it, and the exchange rate was higher). I will NOT use the services of this bank anymore!

I have a positive relationship with this bank. I paid a loan in another bank at 34.9% per annum, and they gave me 15.9! Thanks to Tatiana Sergeevna for her high qualifications and meticulousness to work, for empathy and attentiveness.
After lowering the interest rate on the loan, according to a written application, I also reduced the interest on the current loan (not all banks have such a service).
