But, the work schedule is just something!!)) They do not work from 9 like all banks, but from 10. The bank itself works until 17.00, but the cash desks until 16.30.

I went there once, there was no necessary translation service in the Russian Federation, they sent it to the Head Office on Kropotkin. Call to clarify your service in advance or go to the Head Office immediately.
A dreary operating room. There is no electronic queue. The queue was big, sit down and read while you're in line, what's not? We did not deliver the service for the client!!! It's all about this department. Drink some water. What they wanted!
