Immediately there was a break in the exchanger until 13:00, by the time I came to the point the time was 13:05, but for some reason the service is possible only for 5 people in the queue, but not for the rest, because there are technical problems. A tiny exchange office in the right place.
Unfortunately, the exchange rate is always lower than in Technobank branches. It is designed for the fact that the place is "passable" and the people will pass.
If there is a queue (and there are already 2-3 people in the queue), you have to "hang over" a religious Orthodox shop.
