There are few ATMs and they are not always in working order. At Prytytsky, 97 is in constant technical failure and regularly withdraws customer cards, creating a lot of problems with their return. The last technical failure with the withdrawal of cards was recorded on August 3 this year. The card withdrawn (swallowed) by the ATM was returned on August 11 as forgotten at the ATM, which does not correspond to the real situation and the selection of a subscription stating the absence of claims against the bank!
Always the best course!!!! High-quality and fast service. The only point is the packing, which is there, but it is not clear for whom((((((

The branches of the bank located in the Minsk gallery are functioning extremely poorly and leave much to be desired!! Not only does only 4 operators work, but the load on them is crazy!! How can you treat your employees like this?? At least your management could have reduced the burden on the girls if they hadn't closed the departments that function from 10 to 16!! And how could you make a branch in the center of Minsk and put only 4 operators!!! This is at least not reasonable if there is a Hilton hotel and a whole shopping center nearby!!?
And where are the 2 visa vases? Nice, neat, attentive to customers, fast. The course is almost unchanged. I do not know what a deposit is and a beneficiary, I know the account should be, as well as the function of input and output signals.
Walk past this bank, it's definitely not a bank for people!
