The terrible attitude of the cashier Kristina Alexandrovna to the client (unfortunately, the last name is not written who provides the service, which is very strange), elementary requests are ignored for currency exchange. The cashier behaved rudely, defiantly and went into conflict instead of developing loyalty towards me as a bank customer. I do not advise visiting this exchanger, it is better to walk a few meters to the next one, judging by previous comments, I am not the only one who is dissatisfied. Management, take action against your incompetent employees, because unfortunately the complaint book is located at the head office of Kropotkin, 44.

The other day we bought $ in this exchanger, on July 27 and 30 it was necessary to exchange $ bills, which the employee, Vladislav Sergeevich, refused to accept without adequate explanations. The employee clearly has no work experience.

I'm writing right next to him. Saturday 9.40 am. It is not open, because so far there has been no collection and the cashier girl cannot open the point. She stands poor and waits. I also wanted to exchange some money early in the morning to buy gifts.. competitors open at 10. I lost an hour. I bought dollars in this exchanger.... a couple of days later I brought the same dollars for exchange, I didn't even take them out of my wallet) They didn't accept it - like some kind of spot under ultraviolet light.... a complete circus! I quietly exchanged it at the BPS bank. But the fact itself?!!!!!!!! Everything else is very satisfactory, I love Technobank.
