Foreigners, be careful!
We visited one of the bank's branches with my husband (in the Dana mall shopping center on the 1st floor)to receive an international money transfer. We arrived an hour before closing time and calmly waited our turn. Unfortunately, there was an inadequate client in the hall who was aggressive towards other visitors. Instead of intervening and stopping the provocations, the department's staff only added fuel to the fire with their indifference and rudeness.
A particularly unpleasant moment was that this client began to express insults to my husband on the basis of his nationality (he is Korean). Instead of protecting the client and stopping such behavior, the bank employee sided with the aggressor. They started rushing my husband, they didn't even let him read the document he was supposed to sign, and literally "poked" him with the phrase "give me your passport and sign it."
Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from the bank's employees, who are the face of the institution and are required to observe professional ethics. It's not just disrespect, it's discrimination.
I am a Belarusian, and it is sad for me to realize how the atmosphere in our country is changing. Belarus has always been known for tolerance and respect for other nations, but unfortunately our experience in this department has shown the opposite. It is a pity that such an attitude has become possible in such a serious institution.
The bank uses a dubious scheme. They sell currency with spots - they require 10% for the return exchange. I bought $100 bills from them. Request a complaint book and write a complaint to the national bank. The revocation of the license of this bank for such tricks is not far off, therefore it is urgently necessary to get your deposits.
Attention! BE SURE TO READ IT!
In this department, dirty hundred-dollar bills are issued with spots and dots, which then glow in their ultraviolet light. I made a mistake because I was in a hurry and did not check the money carefully given to me (the stains were not very noticeable). A week after the exchange, there was a need for Belarusian rubles and I carried the same bill for exchange. I was politely refused and informed that they do not work with dirty bills (but you can give it to people, but what will people do?), they recommended trying a currency terminal. So be careful and check all your money before and after the exchange.

Why write to reviews about bad bills that you will understand the situation, You never understand it!
The Silhouette shopping center branch issued a 50 euro bill for delivery, then none of your branches accepted it when it was necessary to hand it over!!!!!! And the operator replied with a grin, "human factor, check on the spot, maybe I didn't notice when I gave it out."
I suggested that she turn on the human factor at the moment and not notice that there was a stain on the bill and accept it from me, to which the answer was given-I have no right!
They refused to exchange currency, referring to the stains on the bill, although nothing is visually visible. When asked what to do (go to the national bank or how to exchange and what are these invisible spots), the cashier replied that she did not know anything and called the next one, while she almost crushed my fingers with a plug.
The other two branches were closed, although they should be working according to the schedule.. so-so service

A convenient location, a good shopping center, good courses, everything is without problems, near the state library famous for its unusual architecture, near the metro, it is convenient to get from the center
The girl filters out the bills not by "validity", but by beauty and may refuse to exchange currencies for no clear reason, which is why you will spend your time searching for another currency exchange institution.
