We brought the TV, the next day we printed it out, the TV was without films, all dusty in condition looked like used. They called this organization, asked us to exchange for a TV that was really bought for 81000 rubles that it was new in the film, as they wanted, the money was not small, this was refused. The request to give the number of the head was also refused, according to the seller, the head forbade giving his number. The fact that there will be a complaint, the seller does not care, he said do what you want. In general, the attitude towards people is terrible, the sediment remained bad from this organization, I do not advise contacting
