We have always bought equipment in your network, but yesterday I doubted the correctness of the choice. In order to make a purchase (in excess of 600K), it took your employees 4 HOURS! It was 4 hours on my feet, no one offered to sit down, I even had to go to the Magnum for water. Just a disgusting attitude towards customers. A complete lack of qualified personnel. TECHNODOM employees even managed to go for a smoke break in the process of "providing a service". Not to run away, but to go so much that I had to call and invite to the workplace. Why offer additional PAID services (installation of licensed software) if you cannot provide them quickly and EFFICIENTLY? And as a result, they didn't even apologize. I am very sorry that my wife and I spent our time on a day off going to the TECHNODOME...

I bought a laptop, the next day I discovered that the keyboard was not working correctly and there was a problem with the screen (pixels). I turned to the store where I bought it, refused to help, said you need it in the service. I spent money on a taxi several times and plus the service said wait 3 days. As a result, spending on taxis and not being able to work. Disgusting. I do not recommend this chain of stores.

The technodome has gone bad.
Firstly, they refused to cooperate with Kaspi. With all their disadvantages, Kaspi is still the best of all those banks that offer their services today - only one store is worth it, all the main product offers in one application - I went in / compared / bought. If you want for cash, you want on credit or installments, and really without getting up from the couch - the bank either accepted the application or refused. Now, if you decide to buy goods on credit / installments, you will have to go to the store for registration, but even worse, the banks that issue the loan cannot scroll without your consent, you are informed that the loan has been pre-approved and you need to come to the store for further registration, you rush to the store, lose your time and after at least an hour of standing in line with managers and signing a bunch of papers, you can easily be refused.
The second huge disadvantage is that for some reason they bought off the delivery. Previously, all other things being equal, I always chose in favor of Technodome, since they delivered the order within 3-4 hours, now the delivery is mainly on the next day.
Plus, if you decide to buy something, you need to go to the Technodome website and look for the product, then compare it with competitors. No, of course you can download the app to your phone, but why would I have 50 apps from different stores in my phone when everything was in one. In general, with an absolutely similar product from competitors and the lack of those advantages that Caspi gives, the meaning in the Technodome has disappeared.
Well, yes, prices - prices for similar goods among the main competitors of the Technodome are the same, but if you spend an extra 10-20 minutes, then there will be smaller shops in the city that sell cheaper, and sometimes even much cheaper.
