The technodome call center is at level 0. They lie and don't even hesitate! I bought a laptop and a copier. The manager mistakenly gave me a black and white printer. And I asked for a colored one. 75,000 for air. And I needed to work. How could I know it was given to me sealed. At home, of course, I opened it and printed out two sheets and found that they had not been put to me in color. The next day I turned to them to pay extra and change to a color one, but they refused me, it turns out I printed two sheets and this product is not exchangeable!!! An unpleasant situation. We won't go to the technodome anymore. Such a big store and such after-purchase service. They promised to call back and resolve the issue. The complaint was accepted but did not get a call back.

Технодом на Карбышева. Отличный магазин!!!! Большой ассортимент товаров бытовой техники. Регулярно пользуюсь магазином. Шаговая доступность привлекает, скидки,работники вежливые. Хочу отметить работу менеджера Диаса. Очень компетентный работник!!!! Может рассказать про любой представленный товар. Перечислит все плюсы, минусы. Расскажет про скидки и вообще окажет помощь в выборе и оформлении товара!!!!
