on 21.09 I bought equipment in the Technodom store for 1.2 million tenge, 440 thousand of which was a built-in Samsung refrigerator. When installing the kitchen set, the installer reported that there were no guides for fixing the facades.
I called the store's hotline and reported that there were no components, to which the operator replied-there are no fasteners in Samsung refrigerators, and therefore our store does not even install these refrigerators, then you make a refund and DO NOT TURN it ON in ANY CASE, WE WILL CHECK FOR INCLUSION!
Then I called the Samsung hotline, where I was told that I needed to find the instructions and all the required components were listed there. I checked with those that were available and out of 22 pieces I had only 6 pieces.
I called the technodome again and left a request and my appeal was issued. 28/09 I was contacted and asked for a photo of the instructions with the components and to note which ones are there. I sent it to them on Whatsapp. The next day I already sent them a photo of the refrigerator and a video.
No one contacted me further, and when calling the call center and clarifying the status of my appeal, the answer was always the same-wait, they will contact you.
After 2 weeks of my appeal and about 10 calls to the call center, I still did not receive an answer. All this time I can't install the refrigerator and turn it on. I only get unsubscriptions from the call center, the number of the store's management is not given to me. The refund processing period has already passed.
What do the store's employees and its management do? Stuck their heads in the sand like ostriches and do not see the problem, so there is no problem! Why is it impossible to take a complete set from another refrigerator, give it to the buyer and then solve the problem among themselves and not strain the client?
