One of my favorite hardware stores, as there is a good selection, service and there is a bonus program. Prices are like everywhere in all hardware stores, this is a minus one star and now comparing with other stores I understand that there is still a small selection of equipment in the Technodome. Therefore, 3 stars.

Aina's technodome, a problem with the replacement of goods of inadequate quality, a defect. The service center, as God decides your fate in his favor, the store director avoids such issues and does not try to solve them, the store is good until he has bought the goods, as problems arise, they immediately refer to the service center, the technodome head office in Almaty, etc., just do not touch them, the store's task is for the consumer to buy the goods and that's it the seller's responsibility ends. Be careful, when buying an item, a 12-month warranty is a conditional warranty that depends on their mood. I've been struggling for over a month now, to no avail. The store doesn't give a damn about consumer law. I am writing statements and complaints, also to no avail.

Previously, household appliances were bought in a Technodome. But lately their prices are higher than in Sulpak. And there is also a Caspian red in Sulpak, which is very convenient and profitable for customers. Naturally, we, consumers, compare prices and take them where it is profitable. Therefore, I recommend that the Technodom administration review the pricing policy for household appliances. By the way, in February I wanted to buy an economy vacuum cleaner. Everything that was affordable was with a marriage or after a refund. But I didn't want to wait for an order, so I bought it again in Sulpak. Although about five years ago I bought all household appliances in the Technodome. I also looked through phones and computers, so: consultants need to be better prepared, the ATO starts immediately Googling information about the product you are interested in. It's not very nice to see this. Due to the high prices of goods, I put such an assessment.

In the Technodome store chain, there is a big problem with replacing defective goods, it is impossible to replace a defective product, you will lose a lot of time, nerves and as a result it is impossible to achieve anything. Employees strongly deny that the product was originally defective from the supplier.All independent examinations will lead to nothing, since there is no such service in Aktobe.So be careful when buying the product!!!
