I ordered a vacuum cleaner as a gift, the delivery was already on its way to us. They called from the store and said that there was some sort of transfer, allegedly you need to pay 14000 tenge and a microwave oven as a gift, or they will bring it tomorrow. I refused. I'm sure tomorrow they will say that the product is out of stock. If they don't get there before lunch, I'll cancel. I didn't like the attitude to ordering already. I do not recommend this seller.

The service is sooo bad. There is a real problem with delivery. Coming and buying on the spot is the only option. I ordered a fairly expensive computer mouse with delivery within the city. The delivery failed to arrive within three days, although they promised to deliver it "tomorrow". After each call, I heard from the operator: now I will contact the courier and call you back. I called 4-5 times every day, and never once did I get a call back. As a result, the purchase was canceled, bought in another store, delivered on the same day. I do not recommend it!
