We purchased a set of sliding gates from this organization. The purchase is not cheap. Upon arrival, the goods were not installed at the same time, the construction part was not completed. We stored them in a warehouse (dry, unheated). It took about six months and we were ready to install them, during installation we found a large amount of rust (this is taking into account the fact that they have not yet stood on the street. The seller refuses to accept the claim and fix the malfunctions.

The manager's disgusting level of communication, starting with a call at 9 a.m. and sincere surprise that a person can still sleep at this time, ending with a phrase from the category "what are your complaints about me, I'm just a manager?!".
The master did not arrive on the pre-appointed day, and there was no call about changes in the arrangements either. When asked to clarify the situation, the manager simply referred to the fact that all the masters are on business trips and you need to wait another week. Although the departure day was set by the employee of the company himself and agreed in advance. There are more questions than answers.
I sincerely do not recommend contacting this unscrupulous company.

When they were persuaded to choose their company, everything was promised at the highest level.In fact, they initially violated the agreed deadlines. At the same time, no one called or apologized for the delay.then the installers arrived, you can't tell without tears. I warned them where the power cable runs. It was obvious from the plaster. They drove the self-tapping screw exactly there. The cable was interrupted . It's good that an electrician friend came and restored it, but the fact itself. The door was installed with a misalignment and they tried to prove that this was normal. After I said I wouldn't accept it, you can dismantle it, call someone and fix it. Then acceptance began. Job training. They showed a button on the remote control and that's it. The rest had to be "pulled out" for questions. When there was no electricity, it was necessary to pull on the protrusions of the mechanism. When I asked about the pen, it turned out that it was there, but it was not installed. It is the same with the door lock. After asking whose factory scratch can be tinted, it turned out that the paint is included. After their departure, a certain amount of fasteners remained in the box. Tomorrow I'll sit down to study how to install the gate myself. Otherwise , there are big doubts .
I never advise anyone to contact this company. I really regret that I agreed to sign a contract with them.

Maintenance is at the lowest level, when buying sectional doors, no one deigned to call within 4 days and agree on the installation date when the product arrived at their warehouse, and when I called, excuses began, like there are no installers, no time, etc.
When installing the gate, the installers scratched the panels, a symbolic discount was made for this, and then very reluctantly, but at the same time this discount was not reported to the accounting department and after 2 months they called and said that you were in arrears. I do not recommend this office!
