Parking right in front of the entrance is convenient to carry.
The masters are on site right here, not just in the evening or the reception point.

The laptop charging socket was out of order, it was very shaky, which I reported before the diagnosis. After the diagnosis, they said that everything is fine with the socket, you need to change the power supply chain, the cost is 200-500 rubles. She refused.
I took it to another place for repair, the socket was replaced there (it cost about 90 rubles for work and a spare part). The laptop has been working without problems for 4 months now.
So do not blindly trust their diagnostics and it is better to check with several specialists

I highly recommend it! I brought the laptop in for repair - they put up a price equal to the cost of the laptop itself. The contract is murky, when I asked to tell you exactly what went wrong, they replied that you would not receive this information - the maximum would be written repair of the motherboard. I brought it to another repair organization and the price turned out to be 4 times less!!! 4 TIMES! How's that?

I'll give you a score of zero! They took the samsung 48-inch TV for repair, called, said they would repair it in two days, negotiated the cost of repairs. Two days later, they called and reported that the matrix had flown.... or something else, I don't remember that it is impossible to fix it, they are ready to buy it from me for 50 rubles. The TV cost about $1,000 three years ago. I was confused, I didn't agree. Then we fought. Then I took my TV from them, bought a new one ..... again for a thousand dollars. Then I decided to give the "old" TV to repair. To hear another opinion.... Oh gods..... they fixed it for me for 380 rubles. The backlight is out of order. It was their fault that I bought a new TV. I absolutely don't need the second one .....
And finally..... Is this a business? Buy a gadget from a customer for a penny, fix it and sell it? I'm furious. I want to punish them, but I don't even know what else to do. I can advertise the Tvius office (Chervyakova, 2/4), which fixed the TV for me in 2 days. And thanks to these peppers, I threw away almost $1,000.

They tried to cheat for money, they said that they needed to replace the keyboard, battery, and touchpad and cleaning the board, that everything was very bad, they set the price at 610 rubles- they came to another service, they all offer the same -350 rubles, and in the end they just needed to clean the touchpad a little. Everything worked.
And also not the most pleasant behavior, I came to pick up my phone, and they just started being rude to me. Somehow, apparently, they are not very customer-oriented in this place…
I will never go and advise anyone again.

I brought a Sony 55' TV for diagnostics (the image was missing), they called back and said that there was "some kind of problem" with the matrix. They offered to try to restore it for 580 rubles!!! within 6-10 days. He refused and turned to another service. They called me back the next day and told me that the TV was ready! According to the master (on the day of the request) The TV was not opened . And I really doubted that the problem was with the matrix and with some kind of block "in front" of the matrix. In general, the repair plus diagnostics cost 165 rubles. It turns out that some kind of deception of the client at the Technostar...
