I am writing a review at the time of my stay.
1. We had dirty bed linen... people, it's hard to put into words, when we saw that it wasn't fresh, we thought it was, we smelled it, but it was really dirty... we just didn't change the bed linen! The towels are already so worn, I've never seen them like this, someone's hair is on clean towels!
Mud. This apartment does not know what cleanliness is! It's dirty everywhere, I'll attach a photo, but I can't convey a photo of everything! The stench from the bedside table where the trash can is such that it is difficult to describe in words, I had to prop up the bedside table with chairs, and ventilate the apartment every day.
Unsanitary conditions! No way with children!
The toilet was stained on the toilet seat, when they showed the cleaner and asked her to clean at least the bathroom, she took a piece of toilet paper, wiped the toilet bowl with paper in front of us and said "it's clean here." It is impossible to convey the shock.
There is water in the shower, up to such a level that it is disgusting to stand in sneakers.
The dish sponge is in this condition… It was as if they were washing the floors with it instead of the dishes, and the rag smelled so bad that it was useless to pick it up.
Everything in the photo is a small part.
2. The owner's attitude is a disgusting person, it is immediately obvious that he is new to this business.
We texted on the day of check-in, tired after the trip, at almost 23 hours, asked to change the bed and clean the room - there was no reaction to this request. But the cleaner brought a clean bed. They asked the owner to come in the morning to check the condition of the room, organize cleaning, but refused. Being in such a situation, we said that we would pay for one night and find another room - the circus started, the apartment owner started threatening the police))) He said to pay the entire amount, etc., etc. The fact that he was rude, and generally wrote, I will not even mention. Very unpleasant. But he's going to be in an even worse situation someday.)
3. At the booking, please note that there are very few reviews, but that's because the payment is in cash, and the apartment owner apparently does not confirm the check-in, so as not to pay a commission and that dissatisfied customers would not be able to leave a review. I'm attaching screenshots, you can't write a review on the booking. And the cleaning lady takes the money without a receipt or any kind of receipt.
4. The owner does not pay for the equipment storage room. Don't expect to use it.
5. You can only rely on toilet paper for hygiene products. If someone does not use shampoo, you will need to wash the leftovers).
The mood is ruined! And you came to rest... if you don't want to find yourself in such a situation, don't come here in any case.
And yes, in the photos that are on the booking, the room is no longer in the condition it actually is! Keep this in mind
This apartment is a pure divorce for money! Because paying in cash means you can't prove anywhere that you paid for the room, so you won't be able to write a truthful review.
