I was repairing a new laptop due to flooding. Firstly, I waited two months for repairs. The master called only 2 weeks after putting the laptop into repair and reported a number of problems. There was no specifics. Throughout the repair time, the problems that the master spoke about and the payment for repairs were constantly changing. At the end of the two-month period, they called me and told me a completely different price for repairs, and it turned out that they were fixing something completely different from what they had previously reported on the phone. While taking the laptop out of this service, the employee giving my laptop away ignored my question about the scratch on the laptop lid. Before the repair, it was in perfect condition and there were no scratches as it was recently purchased. In addition to scratches, the laptop also had other defects in the form of an incorrectly twisted back cover, as a result of which the case was damaged. Two stars for fixing the problem, but leaving behind a terrible impression. Photos are attached.
The most disgusting place! One star is a lot for them. They handed over the phone in one condition, but returned it with thousands of problems. Under the heating of the display peeling, a new battery was ruined, they lied that it was allegedly not their fault, but from a fall, in another workshop this information was denied. They reset all the information that was in the phone, because the password stopped coming from under-repairing them. They are trying to get as much money as possible, I strongly advise against it!
I gave the phone to glue the back cover.
I saw dust under the glass of the camera, it was redone, but after 2 gluing, the back cover is in glue, glue sticks out along the side.

They had to deliver the original within 2-3 hours of time and inform about its readiness. At the end of 5 hours, I drove myself, the replaced display died the next day. Upon arrival again, they try to make a fool of the client "who told you that we would put the original", we clarify the recording of the conversation on the phone. They did not turn out to be from the claims and are redoing them, trying to find the culprits, that different information on the phone and in fact!) as a result, they will make the original as discussed from 10-18. I went to the main office of Revolution 16 and discussed the issue with the chief manager, the result is more unusual, but the time is the same. I'm waiting for the results. BE CAREFUL!!!!

I bought a phone from these guys. I considered 2 options. The first proposed option did not pass the standard test, then why put it up for sale? The second phone passed the test, but after a couple of months I started using it, the screen started to glitch (involuntary pressing in one area of the screen). I gave it to another workshop for repair. Because a lot of time has passed and the receipt has not been saved. I will not apply here anymore

We asked to change the glass on the screen, we didn't do it, the case is also xs where...see for yourself.., I didn't call back, it's a minus..and so the repair is normal

We gave the phone for repair to replace the display, there are no questions about the timing. We did everything quickly and kind of neatly. BUT! The repair was carried out on 10/31/2020, and already in early January problems began, the phone began to live "its own life", part of the screen stopped responding to touches. At first they thought that the problem was in the protective glass, they removed it and found that there was a gap on the left, i.e. the work was not done efficiently. When we arrived at the organization, the administrator, very furiously pressing on the part where the screen moves away, began to say that the screen ripples and this happens only after the phone falls, they made us guilty and proved that we could not prove that any screen in this form would ripple when pressed. Well, if the phone was falling, then at least the screen would be broken, and not the gap between the base and the screen. We were accused of carelessness and refused warranty repairs. We contacted the official service center on the same day and they were very surprised that the screen was glued to double-sided tape and naturally, over time, this ridiculous appearance of repair will go away and such a problem will arise. I wanted to save money, but it is correct to say that a miser pays twice. It is better to contact certified service centers and pay a little more, but at the same time get quality and a real guarantee.
They gave the Samsung Galaxy A70 to replace the glass. On the day of the order, the courier picked up the phone, brought it the next day (all this joy is free!) Quickly and at the agreed time, the work is of high quality, and it is also twice cheaper than the average market price. I recommend it!
Today, the phone was repaired in more than an hour (it worked, but the screen did not react) It works well, there are no quality claims yet, the price for Disassembly is clearly overestimated

I was replacing the battery on a Huawei smartphone. I clarified that I wanted the original one (they had a choice of "original" or not). Everything was fine for about a month. Then the battery sagged, and less than 2 months later it swelled up so that the glass came off the lid.
I took out the battery myself - I didn't find any signs of originality. I charged exclusively with my native Huawei charging.
Disgusting. I have contacted this company for the second time and am dissatisfied with it for the second time. It was not completed on time, not of high quality, at a high price. They don't call back when they're ready. I don't recommend it.
