What three working days when they said here and now on the phone!!! I spent my precious time!!!
In Minsk there are just a lot of repair places where at least they will talk to you normally, but not here, and at most, there are many places where diagnostics are done in front of you, here and now, as promised!

I came to change the glass for iPhone 13, it was replaced in 15 minutes, everything is clear and to the point, the administrators are responsive, master Ivan in my opinion is the best young specialist in this field, in general I recommend 👍👍👍
The worst service I've ever been in!
The glass needed to be replaced. I called in advance and specified how long it would take them to do it. They promised an hour in advance. I arrived in 20 minutes and they've been telling me for 2 hours. To which I replied that I have a maximum of one and a half and if they do not make it, then I will not take it for repair, because I need a phone for work. To which they replied that they would do it.
Naturally, after 1.5 hours nothing was ready. And 2 days later they told me that they had a defective part and they would redo everything. Because I was already late for a meeting, and without a phone I could not warn the counterparty, I asked them for a replacement device. This in itself is nonsense, because no matter how many services I used to rent different devices, it's not something to ask for, they always offered a replacement device. Here, people didn't even lift their asses to smooth out their own joints! Naturally, I was late for the meeting and lost the deal, because no one will wait half an hour without warning.
Returning 2 hours later, they told me again that they were not ready. I spent an additional 40 minutes waiting for them. As a result, administrator Pavel Jadeiko (he also accepted my device) just pretended that everything was as it should be. No one even apologized or tried to smooth over the situation in any way. The same person promised repairs in 1.5 and 2 hours. None of the promises were fulfilled. This is just an indifferent attitude towards customers, especially considering that no one demanded anything more from them, but simply to fix their own joint or at least smooth it out somehow. But people don't care
I'm already silent about the quality of the work. The glass has never come off after repair. I could not have imagined that such a thing could happen. But the Technicians showed the opposite. A week later, it has completely peeled off from the bottom
As a result, the quality is disgusting and the same attitude towards customers. Reading this review, I ask you to scroll through the others. You will see that I am far from the first to describe the same problems word for word. This means that I am not just an inadequate, eternally dissatisfied client, and this is not the first time they have framed and spat at work. Why go to a place where you get a normal service or not depends on luck, and most likely not. Contact a normal workshop, not this one!
