A good business center of office type, several floors of corridor type, elevator, stairs, quite neat and clean. There is a huge drawback - the practical lack of parking spaces. Those who have managed can leave their cars on Leninskaya Street along the roadway, in front of the Technopark itself there are only a few places (4-6) and then 2 places for electric vehicles that can be left to recharge. At a distance of 200-300m. near the Spartak stadium, you can also park, if you're lucky, but otherwise everything is blocked by signs. There are cafes on the 1st floor, you can have a quick snack. The rental cost is higher than the average in the city.
