Despite the complexity of the project and technical conditions, as well as the time-consuming (almost 2 years due to the difficulties of the old housing stock), the work was done at a high professional level! All that was required of me was to provide my wishes, coordinate them, provide on the basis of a power of attorney the authority to represent interests in relations with government agencies ...! Throughout the time there was constant consultation and control over the repair work, documentation and approval of the results of the work... Special thanks to Victoria for this! Greetings. We signed an agreement with Tectonics to legalize the opening between the living room and the kitchen in the New Borovaya in a 4-room apartment. One of the requests was to conduct as remotely as possible and to minimize our presence in numerous instances.
