The place is not bad, the waiters are friendly, the kitchen is good (I was on Chapaev Street, 29). The only weak link of this institution is an inadequate administrator or director (a middle-aged man) who asserts himself on waiters and visitors. I ask the management of the institution to pay attention to this, limit it from people, ideally, treat a little.
