A good hotel, excellent mattresses and bed linen, everything is new and clean. I liked the attitude at the reception, we went to a meeting and added an extra bed for the second child for one night, although the room was for three. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The breakfast was also good, the watermelons were incomparable. The hotel does not have its own beach, only a city descent, but we were there for a couple of days, it was not critical for us.
They cheat by numbers through booking. There is one description and photo on the booking, in fact a cluttered room in which you cannot turn around and walk through, there will be two beds in the room instead of one large bed. Despite the fact that the room is small, there is a terrible smell of chemicals in all rooms!!! In all of them, because we were asked to look at other rooms for replacement and there was a terrible smell of chemicals, just a nightmare ... the smell did not go away even after days, things smelled, returning to the room after a walk from a fresh room, a pungent smell hits your nose and you try to get used to it again, to the question why it smells so strongly and what does the staff give you an air freshener for! The towels are dirty. The only plus is being near the sea, but again not the cleanest. The reception thinks that you are stupid
The rooms are not bad... But the service.. They clean once a week, asked to wash the floors in the room, because the child is crawling, they said well, as a result, they changed the linen and did not wash the floor.. By the way, a Russian-speaking woman worked on this shift, and at the entrance it should be noted that a Turkish woman cleaned the room very well. Everyone at the reception is very friendly, but when asked why the floor was not washed, they said that they clean the rooms only once a week and offered us supplies to wash the floors in the room on our own)) we have not seen this yet)
