A bank with very poorly established processes and people who do not know their job.
I came to order a mastercard, there is a card machine in the department and you can get a card in a minute, but for this you need to order a card through the application.
To order a card through the app, you need to be an identified customer. I tried to do this 5 times in the application, called the call center, left requests, but they did not help me. So I had to contact a bank employee at the branch.
He said that a master card was needed, showed the documents, began to issue, asked about the application, I have it, answered yes, but that I could not identify myself there, I was identified there. And at that moment, the bank employee had to tell me to place an order for the card in the application and I would receive it in a minute! BUT she continued to apply manually through her system!!! As a result, she said to come in 3 days!!! I ask why in 3 days if there is a cartomat and I can get it right away. It turns out that now I can't, for some reason you can only have 1 master card in this bank, and when I tried to place an order through the application, I got an error that I already have a card and I can't order a second one. I asked to cancel the application through the system, so as not to wait 3 days and not come again, but immediately get it in the card reader, they said they could not cancel it, that the card had already been issued, it remained to print it in the main bank and then it would be brought to this branch!!! Stupidity!!!
I had to come back 3 days later. It did not work out to approach the same girl who applied for the card, because she was busy, I had to contact her neighbor. I'm saying I've come to get a ready-made card. She went to the information kiosk and punched me a ticket at the cash desk to receive the card, while she did not ask which card I wanted to receive, but silently gave the ticket and said wait.
The main one passed by in the hall (or what is her position, I think, because the one who made out my application asked her everything and it was she who called the main office to clarify about the cancellation of the application, so that he could order through the application and immediately receive it) I ask her, I get the card, for sure is there a queue at the checkout? She confirmed, I waited in line for 30 minutes and then they call me not to the cashier, but to the operator, I go up to him and tell me to get the card ready, he answers, and the card, then to the cashier and without a queue, once I have already called you.
I go to the cashier and say that they sent me here from the operator to receive the card. They ask for documents at the checkout, I show them, they check for 5 minutes and say there is no card.
I ask how it is, I received a text message that I can pick up. They ask when the application was made, they search the system and so on, nothing. And then the cashier asks which card, I answer the master card.
She says it's at the operator, there's only HUMO at the checkout.
4 people talked to me and none of them asked which card I needed, they all immediately sent it to the cashier.
As a result, I received the card, but I still had the most negative impressions about this bank.

В отделении работал только один сотрудник из 5. 40 минут просидел в очереди, на табло загорелся мой номер, сотрудник сказал, что не занимается и отправил к другому сотруднику (который 40 минут не обслуживал клиентов). Сотрудник сказал, что занят. Сказали, что нужно взять новый талон. В итоге попал к нужному сотруднику через 2 часа...

Дважды приходил в этот филиал, чтобы обменять суммы на тенге. Оба раза простоял в очереди более двух часов. Сказать, что в этом филиале отсутствуют какие-либо процессы и клиентоориентированность - ничего не сказать. В общем банк - *** конская!
Что за банк? Неделю назад оставил заявку на выпуск карты. Она всё ещё не готова. При мне пытались её выпустить, но не получилось. Зря потраченное время.

Очень медленная работа, все буквально передвигаются медленно, у одного сотрудника не работает компьютер не может работать.
Второй раз побывал, одна касса, 25 человек в очереди. Но по вопросу вне кассы, быстро решение нашлось
Пришел в отделение на Юнусубаде, которого нет на карте, для получения денег по Золотой Короне. Все очень долго, сумбурно, кругом недовольные люди кричат, операторы постоянно отвлекаются на других людей, есть электронная очередь, но люди пытаются без очереди влезть. Крайне недоволен этим банком в целом и отделением на Юнусабаде в частности. Худший банк, где я был!
