It's not a hotel, it's a flophouse. We checked in at 7 am, only from the plane, from the Russian Federation, there is no drinking water in the room, on the floor too, we asked for a bottle of water, because we didn't even have time to exchange currency. They refused. We waited until the dining room opens (where breakfast is served, by the look of what we didn't eat at another hotel on the buffet, cold, cold, in general, tin), asked for water, they poured us a decanter, they weren't allowed to take it to the room. Then in the evening, after working, we went to the store, bought ice cream in a plastic cup, returned to the "hotel", of course there are no spoons in the room, asked the administrator for spoons from the bar-they refused. They said there was no access to the bar. Then they called someone, they also said-no spoons. We went up to the room, we call the bar, they say, give me spoons, eat ice cream-refusal. We say, we'll go down right now, we'll eat with you, the answer is: "we need to coordinate"! We ask "with whom?" "With the authorities," they answer. We were completely shocked. I travel a lot on business trips and travel, but this is the first time I see such an attitude. I do not recommend this hut to anyone. They told their colleagues from Petropavlovsk where they were staying, they laughed for a long time, saying that cockroaches used to walk there in droves. In general, horror! The management of this place of stay, pay attention to what is going on with you.

I came for 5 days, I liked everything in general. The bed is comfortable, the shower is in order (except for the smell of cigarettes, probably the only direct disadvantage) The breakfasts are delicious, both English and porridge. Astana itself is a very beautiful city, who will be, I recommend the national museum, the main malls, and just walk along the streets, in the evening it is especially beautiful (and if you are a fan of temperatures -20 -25 you will definitely go)

There was water running in the shower. I didn't care which hotel it was, as long as it was close to the consulate. Overall, it is warm. She lived on the 4th floor with a view of the city. I liked the fact that the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and soap accessories were updated. There is also a bar in the room, and a restaurant nearby. It is very comfortable. Very low price for a room in the city center. That's why everything was fine with me.

The hotel leaves much to be desired in all respects. The hotel sells rooms with double beds, which they don't have at all. They showed me four rooms, but they couldn't find a single double bed, although I had a double booked. You will get either a single or 1.5 double bed, or two single beds that will just stand side by side, and they will be covered with two mattresses and a common sheet, respectively, at night you will fall into the joint between the mattresses.
The furniture in the rooms is frankly old with numerous chips and cracks. Design from the 90s or early 2000s.
There is a mini-safe in the closet, in which you can only put something very small, but there is no point in this, since the safe is not fixed in any way. Management probably knows what its purpose is.
The quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired. In the room that was originally assigned to me, there was a layer of dirt on the bedside table. The bedspread was so dirty that it was just unpleasant to touch it.
The bathroom has a shower cabin. Shampoo and shower gel in disposable bags. The sink drain was broken and represented a through hole.
The corridors were just a dump of old furniture and linen. I do not know how the hotel is not fined by the fire services, but besides the fact that it looks disgusting, it is also not safe in emergency situations.
Breakfasts are generally something with something. Firstly, the hotel is ready to offer breakfast only from 8 am. And the composition of the breakfast is simply amazing: egg, sausage, melted cheese, a piece of white bread, ketchup and 1 tea bag. Kettles are not provided in the rooms, but since I was not satisfied with the option of serving breakfast at 8 a.m., they brought me a personal kettle, which, unfortunately, was also dirty.
The hotel staff corresponded to the general atmosphere of the establishment and were completely indifferent.
I do not know where those who left positive reviews about this hotel lived before, but such an ugly hotel really still needs to be searched. According to the employees, this wonderful place is managed by a manager named Olga.
What can I say. It really needs talent to bring the hotel to this state.

The handle of the door in the room fell off, a locksmith came, screwed it down, and it fell off again :) The staff smokes outside the hotel. I arrived with a bicycle (which was agreed in advance with the hotel), however, there was dissatisfied grumbling from the reception and the guard. They threw away my bike transport box without my knowledge (!) I think this is unacceptable! I'll give you two stars for that.

Firstly, the elevator lives its own life. Secondly, the window in the room did not close completely, I had to hang a small blanket to somehow block the air flow, or rather the wind coming from the window. But he did not help either, he spent the night at this hotel because there was a transfer, but he did not learn how to sleep because of the hum of the wind coming through the window.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially above the 4th floor.

I've seen a lot of hotels, but this one is something incredible. All the problems that you can meet in hotels are collected here. Combo! Even despite the price, this place is terrible.
1. Upon entering, you are greeted by a terrible smell of fried food (either meat or meat pies)
2. Strangely, the same smell was in the bathroom in the room already on the 6th floor
3. Wi-Fi? We can say that he is not there. It does not work, and if you work it is extremely slow. In this hotel, you can forget about video conferences.
4. It blows in the windows. It doesn't just blow through a crack, but blows with a whistle, in windy weather it can last all night.
5. The service is somewhere at zero, they can't provide a fork to the room, eat with your hands
And I'm not saying that the rooms are old and not fresh. For a low room price, this is tolerable if everything else is fine.
Think about it. Overpay 20% for a normal hotel.

The hotel is nice, but I was not in the rooms themselves. She worked on the second and third floors of this building. It's cozy and warm inside. The elevator and stairwells are convenient. However, the toilets are not very good there. On the ground floor there is a friendly staff, you can buy delicious coffee. Also on the ground floor there is a beautiful, restrained interior. Breakfast included, questionable breakfast. It's the same thing every day. Porridge, sausages with fried or boiled egg. 3 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of tomato. A piece of sponge cake more like a cracker. Only porridge is served hot, the rest is ice cold from the refrigerator. Once they served the dish all cherished as if it was already a couple of days old. The hotel was paid for by the company at the time of obtaining an American visa, he would never have rented such a hotel himself. The room looks more like a roadside hotel on the highway.
