The room is clean, but the furniture and repairs are old. The double bed is very comfortable, the bed linen is new. There is a worn carpet on the floor. There is no kettle in the room. It was cold in February, especially the cold toilet/shower! Scrambled eggs with sausages were served for breakfast for 6 days! I recommend visiting for fried egg lovers.

We stayed at this hotel for a day. Room: we were on the 10th floor. Wi-fi was caught mostly at the door. The room is cool, the heater is additionally turned on. The room is clean, but old furniture and smell prevail. The windows could not be opened, since there was no comb, it opened either completely or with the window closed. Breakfast: in the evening, they warned that breakfast would be at 7 a.m. In the morning we stood in the hall (it was cool) at the closed door for about an hour waiting. As a result, breakfast at the place stated at 7 a.m. was at 8. Partially, the breakfast was cold. The location is good, close to shops, you can take a walk.

In the morning, it is useless to go to the shower - obviously the local water utility does not warm up the water to the required standards, so we washed in the evening after excursions. Food for 2 - do not give more. Our group of 44 people rested in Astana for 5 days - breakfast at the hotel. The milk in the tea area is sour, the bread is not fresh, the porridge is without butter and cheese. With food, of course, so-so.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the hotel room where I was staying, as if drinkers lived there. The carpet is all dirty, the dirt is ingrained, burnt in places. The furniture is very old, but it's not scary. There is no water in the room and there are no filters even on the floors. Water can only be bought at the bar, but it is not provided for free. Of course there is no kettle or tea. There is also no refrigerator. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, but it's not a fact that it will work, I was unlucky, it turned out to be broken. In case of a hair dryer breakdown, there is no regular hair dryer in the room at the reception, which can be plugged into an outlet and brought to the room if necessary.
The receptionists are polite, the bed linen is clean, I put two dollars for it.

I recommend checking whether breakfast is paid for, take the receipt. Then don't prove anything-it's checked. I forgot their razor and charger-there was no call.
