Yesterday, after staying in a 2-hour traffic jam, my wife and I decided not to cook dinner at home, but to have dinner at this institution. They were ready to eat an elephant. :) The first and last time. We ordered pork ribs in honey glaze "Sweet Dream", ribs with grilled vegetables and mixed salad "Lieven Frau". And the salad is "Rustic". What can I tell you? Money spent aimlessly. And a spoiled mood! 1. Ribs in honey glaze are tasteless and not very fresh stuff with a specific sourness of meat that has begun to sour. In general, the taste of these ribs is very similar to the taste of meat that was taken from sour borscht. But the meat is soft and separates from the bone freely. At least this was observed according to the methodology :) 2. The ribs of the "Lieven Frau" are generally tin. In the truest sense of the word! In appearance, the meat seems to be beautiful and the flavor is appropriate.. But the taste is sorry, kapets. It is impossible to chew it!!! The raw inside is completely near the bone, stupidly red in color with sucrose, which we told the waitress, who apparently worked for the 1st day and could not answer anything. Comrades from Tennessee Steakhouse- it's PORK, are you crazy?? How can it be served raw?? Grilled vegetables, which are loudly stated in the description of the dish - this is ONE mushroom, three onion slices and one zucchini medallion :) 3. A rustic salad is a plus or minus decent taste, but why write PARMESAN in the ingredients, since it is not there. 4. A bottle of Bonkava from the bar was brought stupidly with a piece of dirt and rust stuck to the bottom, near the bottom (apparently from the box). I have never seen a more negligent service. Now I'm going to tell you a little story about how this institution grossly framed my colleagues and me at the celebration of our graduation. Last week we drove up to this place, formed a menu for 18 people and reserved a small "appendix" in the hall for our team. Due to the fact that 50% of the amount had to be paid in advance, and this money still had to be collected from people, it was agreed that I would deposit the money in a couple of days. Then an incident arose, which consisted in the following: the exact date of the awarding of diplomas (and the corresponding graduation celebrations) became "not accurate", for reasons beyond our control or that of our university. I called the institution and explained the whole situation. In the end, the representative of the institution and I agreed that this hall would still remain reserved for us on Tuesday, 02/28, but with the possibility of moving this date a little further away, for a day or two; (after all, banquets are not held every weekday). So, today everything turned out, the date of the award remained the same, except that the start time of the celebration was moved from 17:00 to 18:00. I called the institution back, everything is fine. I'm going to go to make an advance payment, at the last moment I decided to dial again (to find out if it is possible to leave an advance payment in cashless form) and then suddenly it turns out that our hall is already occupied. I'm at a loss, everything was fine an hour ago, tomorrow is already an event and then such a pig was slipped. And if I hadn't called myself? Imagine how you come from the other side of the city to Teremki by public transport and on your own two and hear this? Fortunately, everything turned out over the phone. In general, today I had to kill the whole day to find a new venue for our event. And this institution will forever remain in our memory as the most disorganized and negligent in relation to its customers and its duties. P.S. Now I think I understand why one of the two establishments of this chain was closed.
