Dmitry Senko is a true professional in his field, all wishes were taken into account, sensible recommendations were given, and he was as responsive as possible! I've always been in touch. I treated the work very conscientiously. Yes, the deadlines were slightly longer than agreed, but the result was really worth it. Everything is excellent in terms of quality, too – cutting, dimensions, painting quality, installation – everything is perfect! The parents were very satisfied. We sincerely recommend it.

It's time to replace the furniture in the kitchen, and after studying the furniture manufacturers, we fell for the advertising of the furniture manufacturer Theodor Group everywhere in the city.Looking ahead, I will say that we acted sooo rashly.More than six months ago, we came to the office, we were met by a man named Alexey, as if the designer of the organization.We told them what we wanted, chose the materials, sketched out the configuration of the furniture, discussed the fittings and agreed that within a week this "specialist" would come to us for actual measurements.And he came ...... about a month later....We've been reminding him of ourselves by calling him all this month.For the whole month, he "fed" us with promises that he was about to come. He came, tried on, promised a lot of things and we agreed that within a week, he would draw a project and send it to us, after which the kitchen would be made within 2-3 weeks and installed after approval and cost approval.Even then, I somehow doubted ......but Alyosha spoke very convincingly.In general, after a dozen reminders, about a month later he "got sick."Then for 2-3 months he was "sick" during which he drew a picture on his knee, it was difficult to call it a project because the drawing did not match the size and sent it to us.We said "fine, count the price" and he began to "recover" for a couple more months and during these 2 months he said the price was "ABOUT 2 thousand DOLLARS".We did not specify why it was ABOUT DOLLARS.They decided that he hadn't fully recovered yet ...... A month later, after regular promises to arrive within 2-3 days, he reappeared with a roulette wheel and a level and began measuring again.I wrote everything down, boasted sadly that there are a lot of orders in Theodore Group ....... and finally disappeared .......There was no limit to our joy that we didn't give him any money, not ABOUT a DOLLAR!!!!!Dear friends, do not be fooled by the advertising of the Theodor Group.I don't know about the specialists, but the breeder works there for sure!And his name is Alexey.God take care of you and turn to them.We've lost more than six months of time.

We left a request on the website to order a kitchen and an entrance hall. The next day, the manager wrote to Viber. We asked for a measurer to come to us. The measurer called and said he would arrive on May 9th.
We waited for him until the evening. When we wrote to the manager whether there would be a measurement today, no one answered us (we will make a discount on the holiday).
On May 10, the manager wrote: "Has your question been resolved?" We replied that no one had come.
That's all.
I understand that this organization is not interested in selling its products. At the very beginning of the order, there was already a negative attitude towards this company.
We will order elsewhere.
