I've always loved this place, I've been there a lot, but somehow it turned out that I hadn't been in for more than six months and decided to fix it and come in for breakfast. At that time, the "coffee gastrofest" was just going on, and I decided to take a "pancake with ham and chicken and mozzarella" and was extremely disappointed, it was so not tasty, the filling was not cut, but simply chopped like bars. The cheese is not melted, but as if it were one solid piece. We also ruined the impression of breakfast, I put 4 * only because of my personal loyalty to this institution, but after that, I don't want to return.

So, what can I say about this place: the food is delicious, there are no questions. Coffee and drinks-do not pull at all, they took coffee (tasteless from the word at all), cocoa (the feeling that it was diluted with water, not even finished). The atmosphere is cool, beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. The staff does not work much, the table and tablecloth are dirty after the last client (we must keep an eye on this). A girl with headphones is nothing, but friends came to her. Who discussed something very diligently (despite the fact that there is not 1 person there)
There is no service (there is no girl at the workplace, she can't really advise anything) BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: the table is in terrible condition, the tablecloth is dirty, I'm not talking about cutlery (everything is stained). I'll give you 1 star.

A pleasant and cozy place where you can exchange news with a friend over a cup of tea with dessert. Or to eat with the family, with children. Or you can mentally spend an hour or two with your family, whom you haven't seen for a long time. I also like to watch the bird, kenor, and listen to his sweet chirping. Very homey.

We were at this cafe today. A lot has changed since the opening. The very example that an extension is not the best solution. The taste of desserts and coffee is still delicious. But poorly washed appliances with streaks and the smell from the glasses does not inspire confidence. The place may seem cozy on the surface, but in fact it's a nightmare. The poor canary doesn't seem to have water in her drinking bowl for a long time, and they haven't cleaned it at all. Everything is scattered around, the floor is covered in sand. About bowls for dogs is a separate nightmare. They are all slippery, dirty, and the water has obviously been standing for several days, as evidenced by their appearance and the corpse of a fly. If you want to be pet friendly, then show concern for your younger brothers. The attitude to the interior of plants is also frustrating, the water has not been changed or even refilled, the flowers are all withered. And do not skimp on staff, hire more workers, since you have expanded the cafe.
As for the canary, until we came up and informed her that the poor bird had no water - I'm sure she would have stayed without it. As soon as they brought her some water, the bird couldn't tear itself away from her for 3 minutes, she wanted to drink so much!

Today I was at a cafe with my children and my sister.
There are no questions about food and tea, everything is very tasty and satisfying.
But, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service.
There was 1 girl at the bar, whom we hardly saw at the workplace, doing something in the kitchen all the time. On the tables !For a long time! after other customers, there were dirty dishes, our table was smeared with porridge and sprinkled with crumbs, it was not wiped at all.
There was no spoon, no fork, no napkins at any table. The soup, which could be heated in the microwave or on the stove in 3 minutes, we waited 20 minutes! There is no bartender at the workplace. The floors are dirty, everything is covered in sand. Conclusion:definitely not going back there anymore!!! And we will not advise anyone. The food is delicious, but the staff is zero.
It's a pity that the famous delicious donuts are missing!

I liked everything. the only thing that is probably not the cheapest place for Brest. Everything was great for me!
I recommend only to work on the service. One person works and has to take the menu himself (it's not difficult, of course), and not wait at the table, as usual, so a little misunderstanding occurred while waiting for the menu lost time, but it's not scary. We already knew the second time and everything turned out cool)

And at the same time, we were told that the waiting time for breakfast is 40 minutes. One might assume that we came too early. But it opens at 8.30. In general, I do not recommend it. The name is lying, it's cold here, not warm.

Pros : Good coffee, a large selection of desserts, breakfast all day, pleasant interior, there is a children's area.
Now to the cons: to make orders yourself at the counter, the breakfasts are mediocre for their price, the same Norwegian in other establishments is cheaper and many times better both in quality and volume. The ordered dessert was not fresh . Orders are not brought to guests at the same table at the same time , the staff does not remember who ordered what.
Conclusion: it's not a bad place to go for coffee and dessert, but definitely not for breakfast. As for the cafe on the outskirts of the center , the prices are too high .
What needs to be done : introduce a normal waiter system , reduce the price by 10-20%, revise the breakfast menu, monitor the freshness of desserts.

Once again I give this place a chance....
The service is so sluggish.... the feeling that they just forgot about you..or they scored.
The tables are constantly dirty, the dishes are cleaned only at the "request " of the client and only partially... you have to wipe the crumbs off the table yourself...
sofas and armchairs with stains and streaks on the upholstery.. pillows "killed"...
the gastrofest was ruined....

I went to Brest on business. I spent 600 km driving, the day was ruined as much as possible, the mood was to hell. I was looking for a place to have a snack and just happened to come to the cafe "teplo". the atmosphere fully corresponds to the name of this place. while I was eating a Norwegian breakfast, my mood lifted and I became much calmer. so far, this is the best cafe in all of Belarus for me. thank you)
