I bought 3 radiators, consultant Egor quickly and competently consulted, offered them mounting kits and fasteners. All positions were at a good price. The plumber was able to start only 16 days later, and when he started, he said that the fasteners were not very successful, they were not regulated by departure and he strongly advised buying another one. I called the store, explained the situation and asked to change or pick up the fasteners because it is not unpacked. They kindly went to a meeting and promptly helped me resolve the issue.
