When ordering, I find out that if you use installments or cards, 5% is immediately charged on the cost, i.e. the information on the site is no longer correct, this is very upsetting.
I order radiators and mounting kits and stipulate that I need 38 cm studs, and Maxim's manager tells me, yes, they have everything. I say that I can come on the same day and pay and pick up the order myself, even from the warehouse, but they tell me that this is not allowed, that even their managers are not allowed into the warehouse. And they offer me to pick up the order the next day from the store before 12.00, an hour before I can pick it up, they will call me. I agreed.
The next day it turned out like this (the order is needed urgently, because the masters are ordered for installation at 12.30):

And here I am at home with my batteries, the masters are happy, we unfold the package, and there the studs are not 38 cm, but 18 cm small, they do not fit.
