The order was placed through the website, on the same day. And then the most interesting thing began!A couple of minutes after placing the order, another seller called us and said that this product was in reserve and was not for sale!It's like, one seller of this organization sells, and the other does not.Miracles!Well, when will it be available, we asked.To which the operator promised to clarify and call back, but warned that the cost would already be higher!So, they never called us back, apparently in this online store, they have been waiting for the promised three years!!!I do not advise the seller, you will be left without a purchase and with wasted time!!!

I have a whole story with this organization. Cap. home repairs and urgently needed radiators with accompanying ones. I found a Teplodvor website on the Internet, the prices are really lower than on other sites, but... they say that the installment plan is without % and the purchase card and halva are also without interest. When ordering, I find out that if you use installments or cards, 5% is immediately charged on the cost, i.e. the information on the site is no longer correct, this is very upsetting.
I order radiators and mounting kits and stipulate that I need 38 cm studs, and Maxim's manager tells me, yes, they have everything. I say that I can come on the same day and pay and pick up the order myself, even from the warehouse, but they tell me that this is not allowed, that even their managers are not allowed into the warehouse. And they offer me to pick up the order the next day from the store before 12.00, an hour before I can pick it up, they will call me. I agreed.
The next day it turned out like this (the order is needed urgently, because the masters are ordered for installation at 12.30):
no one calls me at 11 or 12, I start dialing all the phones, then it's busy, then no one picks up the phone. I barely got through, they tell me that my order is not there, the car broke down on the way. I suggest that you come to the office and pay, and at this time the master will drive up to the place where the car broke down and pick up my order. They conferred for a long time, they call me back and offer to pay for the order at the office and I will go to the warehouse myself and pick up the radiators (yesterday it was impossible to go to the warehouse), but today it is possible!
I had no choice but to eat. I warned that I would be at the office in 30 minutes, that the payment would be partially by card, partially by cash. I arrive, it's already the beginning of the second, the ordered masters are calling me, where are the batteries... and for another 20 minutes, the manager draws up the documents, i.e. they did not prepare them, although I asked. And the manager cannot partially calculate it, I understand that this is my time and agree to pay the entire amount on the card, just to be faster. They take out a package with mounting kits and offer me to sign that the order is free of defects, I say, but how can I check? I didn't see any batteries at all, and the package is so wrapped up that it only takes half an hour to unwrap it. They tell me it's okay, they're honest. I believe it, because it's time. The warehouse, it turns out, is very close, a very pleasant manager Dmitry, came out and helped and drove to the ramp and loaded everything. And here I am at home with my batteries, the masters are happy, we unfold the package, and there the studs are not 38 cm, but 18 cm small, they do not fit.
I call (they told me at the time of ordering that there is), and my manager Alexey says that they do not have this size and offers to go and buy on the Train! It's fine, yes, that is, they knew in advance that they were not selling me what they ordered, I foolishly believed in honesty and now go to the railway station. Super! I offered to take them there and bring them to me, but the manager does not have such an opportunity. But I was told ten times that their company is customer-oriented and they will give me a discount on the next order. It's terrible, with all the twists and turns, trying to reach them, I doubt I'll buy anything from them.
Tip: if you do not have an urgency, then it is better to double-check everything with this company and arrange delivery for the day with a reserve. And do not believe in honesty, they lie! The competence managers are 2+, and thanks to Dmitry from the warehouse.
