3) Food 1/10. Tom Yan also ordered the lobster tail. Lobster generally has a terrible taste, butchered with fat and spices.

+ They try to be authentic and do everything the right way: the right fish, not the weak salt, the right wasabi, which is rubbed on a shark skin grater with you.
+ Spectacular - some spectacular dishes are prepared in front of you on the table in the center of the room.
+ Thoughtful menu with sets of Japanese dishes
+ Sushi is not the main dish, the emphasis is on Japanese cuisine.
- Prices. It's not democratic at all. From the word at all. Sushi didn't seem to be as good as it was more expensive.

One of our favorite restaurants in the city. But last time it was on 3-. There were no fish because of which we go there. The perch was not very tasty. They couldn't eat the miso soup. In general, I hope that this was an isolated incident and next time, everything will be fine.
