Everything is quite tasty and original, but it's a little cramped in the establishment, and you need to be ready for a tidy sum at the end of the feast!
One of our favorite restaurants in the city. But last time it was on 3-. There were no fish because of which we go there. The perch was not very tasty. They couldn't eat the miso soup. In general, I hope that this was an isolated incident and next time, everything will be fine.
+ Service that is rarely found in Tashkent: attentive staff, everything is sterile
+ They try to be authentic and do everything the right way: the right fish, not the weak salt, the right wasabi, which is rubbed on a shark skin grater with you.
+ Spectacular - some spectacular dishes are prepared in front of you on the table in the center of the room.
+ Thoughtful menu with sets of Japanese dishes
+ Sushi is not the main dish, the emphasis is on Japanese cuisine.
- Prices. It's not democratic at all. From the word at all. Sushi didn't seem to be as good as it was more expensive.
1) Dirty menu
2) The waiter is not competent
3) Food 1/10. Tom Yan also ordered the lobster tail. Lobster generally has a terrible taste, butchered with fat and spices.
4) The prices and taste of the food do not converge
5) I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
