But this is understandable, after all, economy class, the developer must save on something. Also, the exterior finish, for some reason, the feeling that after 5 days it will not be so pretty. The developer gave away an object with an unglazed balcony. And everyone is sculpting into something a lot, because the house management is not interested in the appearance of the building, and this is very bad. Someone removes the grilles and builds a balcony out of foam block, someone glazed with darkened glass, someone ordinary. As a result, in 5 years they will be like Brazilian favelas, who knows what.
And also a HUGE problem with Parking, everything is packed in the morning. And these buildings are not even half populated.
