I bought an apartment in this residential complex at the excavation stage. The layout is such that it's hard without a designer, but for this money it's just an awesome option.
10 floors. Parking near the house is often free. There are shops with all necessary goods on the ground and ground floors. It's not far to the city center up Seifullina Street, not at all. Damn, I would have known that everything would work out so well, I would have bought a whole porch.

The quality of the building inside is not bad. However, the gas pipe sticks out in the middle of the room, when even in Soviet houses everything is hidden. Also, the windows are almost floor-to-ceiling, and the batteries are standard. And they stick out and the appearance from the outside is not very good. But this is understandable, after all, economy class, the developer must save on something. Also, the exterior finish, for some reason, the feeling that after 5 days it will not be so pretty. The developer gave away an object with an unglazed balcony. And everyone is sculpting into something a lot, because the house management is not interested in the appearance of the building, and this is very bad. Someone removes the grilles and builds a balcony out of foam block, someone glazed with darkened glass, someone ordinary. As a result, in 5 years they will be like Brazilian favelas, who knows what.
And also a HUGE problem with Parking, everything is packed in the morning. And these buildings are not even half populated.

The wrong building, the houses are crammed on top of each other, during the construction process I watched a picture of how a balcony group was inserted on one of the upper floors, it was clear from afar that the sizes were different, but the developer stubbornly inserted into the opening without seeing obstacles, the benefit that they were building it is unclear from what and in the end they succeeded. I really sympathize with the residents of this building.

Constant interruptions of communal services. Inadequate children and their parents. It seems that the lower strata of society have come here.
