The normal place in relation to price is quality. The location is convenient. The rooms are old but clean. There is a refrigerator in the room, but there is no kettle, cups and glasses, no coffee, no tea bags either. When asked, they gave 1 bag for two) in the shower only mini shampoos and a small piece of soap. Breakfast is very meager, one egg rolls a piece of cheese and jams. That's all.

The hotel is perfect, the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, you feel at home. The bathroom has thermal water and a Jacuzzi.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel! A great place for a reasonable price! 300 m from the Thermal baths, famous thermal springs.The manager of Sedat is a wonderful person, hospitable, polite staff! Daily cleaning service. Excellent!

The hotel is cozy, very friendly staff. Breakfast is meager, rationed. The room was on the second floor, large, with a great open balcony. The renovation is not particularly fresh, but nice. We paid 54 euros per night

We stayed at the hotel in March 2022. Everything is great. It is very clean and cozy, like at home. The staff is above all praise. Very friendly and helpful people. A hearty good breakfast. It is located in the center of the resort. Everything is within walking distance. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The price-quality ratio is above all praise.

Check-in time at the hotel is 14.00, we arrived at exactly 14.00 ... tired... and the first thing we heard from the owner... Your room will be ready in about an hour... I couldn't keep the expression off my face... the way she was falling from exhaustion... And we were immediately offered a ready-made room, probably some other one. The room is good, no problem. For breakfast every day the same thing - boiled egg, 4-5 types of cheese, 2 pieces of sausage, a piece of cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers, in small packages butter, jam, honey. Tea, coffee. Buns. In principle, everything is enough! The staff was friendly, took care, asked if they needed anything.

I am currently vacationing at the Termal Elite hotel! Thank you all for the warm welcome and relaxation! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, you can take baths with thermal water without leaving the room. Super! Near the hotel there is a swimming pool with thermal water, a hammam, an indoor pool, a drinking spring. Everything is within walking distance. I'm leaving soon, but I hope to meet you. For a couple of nights, in principle, it is normal, provided that you spend most of your time outside. The breakfasts are ordinary, but hearty. The staff is very friendly.

Like it · Everything is great, the location is within walking distance from the thermal springs, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Parking is right at the entrance to the hotel. A kettle and three bottles of water were brought to the room.
I didn't like the · Slightly monotonous breakfast, but since we were on the same day, it's not critical for us. But it would be impossible to eat the same thing for a week.

I recommend it, it's the best of the three-star hotels I've lived in. Very clean, spacious rooms, especially comfortable rooms with a kitchenette. The hot water is all from a thermal spring, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, and in the battery - by the way, the heating can be turned on and adjusted independently. The staff is beyond praise - great people, very helpful and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is excellent - a five-minute walk to the thermal complex, a minibus stop right in front of the hotel, grocery stores and a quite decent kebab shop nearby. If you decide to spend a few days at the thermal springs, then only at the Thermal Elite! One of the disadvantages is the lack of Russian-language TV channels, if this is important to you, take a tablet, it was enough for us. Also, the breakfast is very modest and monotonous, but the receptionist always asked if we wanted something else - everything suited us, and so we could cook something else. You can always have tea or Turkish coffee in the lobby, the receptionist always offered, for free, of course.
