On 07/26.23, I was supposed to take off on the Ust-Kamenogorsk-Almaty flight. The plane from Almaty, which was supposed to take us, landed an hour before our departure. But there was no information before the scheduled departure time. And only when everyone started to get indignant, an airport representative came and announced that the plane was in trouble and in the evening we would be provided with another liner. Everyone was crammed into a small waiting room where the air conditioner was NOT working!!! And the representatives of the airline did not say anything at all for a long time and did not react. And only after our indignation and demands, they distributed water and small sandwiches! Most of all, the silence of the airline and the non-working air conditioning at the airport are outraged.
