I applied to the Ovist company in early June 2015 with a request to sheathe the house with thermal panels. We took a 100% prepayment for the production of materials and promised to start work by August and complete it in two weeks. Not waiting in August, I called in September, they promised to start in the next few days. The work started in mid-October. A team of two people went out once every three days and they did something 3-4 hours a day. Neither the workers nor their superiors reacted in any way to my request to work full-time. As a result, instead of two weeks, the whole process lasted 2.5 months, i.e. before the cold weather. During the so-called “work”, the yard is completely polluted with cigarette butts, empty bottles, cigarette packs, leftovers and other waste products of “construction specialists”. 50% of building materials were intentionally damaged (I had to order their manufacture from the same company). These “specialists" robbed my mother, who is 91 years old and she sees and hears very poorly. They stole everything in a row: a long-term supply of washing powder, dishes, shoes, clothes, tools, and other supplies for household needs. As a result, the house remained unfinished. After the winter, the paint on the house peeled off, the slopes on the windows fell off and water began to flow behind the panels. They categorically refused to carry out repairs under warranty.
