There are no questions for the doctors, I really liked the assistant doctor too. I'm only coming back here because of them. But the woman who sits at the administration, answers the phone - all questions. What kind of organization is this? You work until 17, from 16.47 they drop calls or just don't answer. I had to write out a prescription, they said on the phone that I could arrive before 16.00. Additionally, I clarified again, before 16? Yes, until 4 p.m. At 3:40 p.m. I saw a closed grate. Does your time go by a different time zone?) There is a sheet pasted on the window that says the schedule for February. They work until 4 p.m. on February 18, so why wasn't anyone here at 3.40 p.m.? I stood under the bars until the very woman I was talking to on the phone came up and told me, "You should have come earlier."

And this is not the first case of unpleasant attitude on the part of this employee. I made an appointment in advance, arrived a couple of minutes before the appointment, and ended up sitting in the hallway for 50 minutes.
