I recommend. The service is fast.
I am very happy with the food: the pizza, as always, is gorgeous, and the Caesar is also delicious. Everything in the salad is balanced, unlike in some other establishments, where it consists of breadcrumbs, herbs and sauce. The hall is spacious and bright, the furniture and decor are tasteful, and the toilet is clean.
The staff is very polite, they greeted us right at the entrance, and when we left, they said goodbye, and our waiter, who was standing a little further from the entrance, nodded at us. I had a really nice time.

A very cool place!My daughter's birthday was celebrated on December 2. The food is at a high level... the perfect combination of price and quality. We recently visited a cafe and were completely delighted! I would especially like to mention the work of Samir the waiter. He was incredibly attentive, polite and always with a smile. Samir helped us choose the dishes, perfectly adapting to our tastes, and even recommended a dessert, which became a real discovery! The service is at the highest level, you feel really welcome. I love this cafe! I come often. The menu is quite varied. Favorite dishes: borscht, Parma salad, Thai beef and of course tom yam! Always delicious coffee! There is a lunch menu at an affordable price. The choice of desserts is small, but all are delicious, worth trying.
Sometimes you have to wait a long time for an order, so it's better to order in advance. Overall, the staff seems to be trying. The interior is quite pleasant, the furniture is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are kept clean throughout the day and have everything you need to visit, but not everywhere!

The cozy atmosphere of a small cafe. Seasonal vegetable salad, pasta, pizza, dessert - everything was delicious. The portions are quite big. I liked the service, there was a nice attentive waiter girl - Kristina. The pizza in the original serving (taken with salmon and dried tomatoes) is cooked very tasty.

We had lunch here today. I didn't like it very much. And you know, every time (we come here every couple of months) it only gets worse.: 1) no one went to take the order for a long time; 2) tea was asked to be brought along with the pizza, but it was served at the very beginning, and it was already barely warm (it was a matcha latte) 3) the side dish was brought to the hot dish after 5 minutes of time, which is strange, because just fresh vegetables were ordered (you obviously should have prepared the entire lunch menu); 4) the pizza was also half-cold, either heated in the microwave, or the waiter was stupid and carried it for so long; 5) in there was absolutely no salt in the fish cutlets; 6) wings from the lunch menu were not available at all (this is at 13:00, when lunch can be said to be just beginning)
These are all dishes from the lunch menu, which, as a rule, should be served faster than usual, and not in an incomprehensible order and measured pace.

We were informed by phone in advance that the delivery took longer than the usual one and a half hours. Well, it's not a problem, but after 2.5 hours they call back and say another 20 minutes, for a total of +27 minutes. And everything arrived so cold that it's impossible to even eat it. And well, a nice bonus is a piece of cake, you can even put a second star. In 3 hours, you can take a train to another city and cook a meal there, maybe even get out a little faster.

He was confirmed at 12.15 pm and warned that the delivery time was until 2 p.m. The order had not arrived until 2 p.m. The restaurant did not warn me about the postponement of delivery dates. At 2:04 p.m., I dialed the delivery service on my own, where they promised me that the restaurant administrator would contact me to resolve the issue. At 14.12 I had to call the delivery service again, because there was no order and they did not call me back. When I called again, they promised that they would contact me very soon. They'll take control. At 14.20, I called for the THIRD time, asked to invite the head of the delivery service or service to the phone, I was assured that the head was given my phone number, described the problem and he would contact me promptly...... at 14.24 the order was delivered. Which was not accepted. No one in their right mind would eat cold pizza and cold dessert (which is served hot). The courier tried to explain that the route was arranged for him that way and it wasn't his fault. The most disgusting thing about this situation. That no one contacted me. It's just the "bottom" of the service. If you cannot ensure the quality and delivery time, do not take delivery.
P.S. after 25 minutes, when I had almost completed the claim, the manager of another restaurant of the same chain contacted me and offered to bring hot food...They only opened at 14.00 and can do everything quickly. The way is a spoon for lunch. And it's more appropriate here than ever. Can't provide quality and speed, don't take orders. It's a pity that we don't have responsibilities and restaurants can work as they please

I received a third call, where the restaurant administrator who prepared my order told me that there was no problem because they were only 25 minutes late from the stated time, cold food is not a problem. My husband and I were seated in front of the kitchen, where the smell of fried food came from, after which all our clothes and jacket stank. We ordered rolls and two drinks. The rolls have been waiting for 45 minutes!!! We asked the staff how long to wait, which they immediately fussed over and submitted. They offered a cake or coffee as an apology. They refused. By the way, we did not order supersets that take a long time to cook. And the simplest ones and a small amount.
The rolls turned out to be delicious, except for one thing - a roll with salmon in oyster sauce. The fish is over-salted to the point of gnashing its teeth.
Everything turned out to be over 100 rubles. They were surprised. It is very expensive for such an establishment and for a small amount of food.
In general, the stinky ones left with unpleasant feelings that we were for our money ... well, you understood yourself

I visited Terra restaurant recently and would like to share my feedback. Overall, my experience has been positive.
Firstly, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant. Cozy interior, soft lighting, initially pleasant background music created a relaxing atmosphere, but later the same playlist began to weigh on my head.The service was also excellent - the staff was attentive, friendly and ready to help at any time.
As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dishes. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes and each of them was delicious and fresh. I would especially like to mention the desserts - they were just amazing! Delicious, beautifully decorated and made with love.
Also the disadvantage of my visit was the waiting time. The restaurant was pretty busy and I had to wait a while to get my table. However, as soon as I sat down, the service was fast and efficient.
In general, I was very pleased with my visit to this restaurant. Great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food make it a great place to spend an evening. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will be happy to come back here again.

The interior is beautiful, high ceilings, there are places by the window overlooking the street, in summer there is a terrace. There is Wi-Fi, you can connect by phone number.
