Delicious pumpkin soup, salad with vegetables and nut sauce . The best homemade tarragon. The service is fast and friendly. Beautiful view from the terrace.
I was in Tbilisi for the first time, and I had a desire to try real Georgian khinkali and Adjarian khachapuri. The choice fell on this place, due to the presence of a terrace, which, in fact, is indicated by the very name of the institution. The staff was very friendly, they communicate in Russian.
I ordered five khinkals (1.5 GEL/piece), Adjara khachapuri (~15 GEL) and a liter of semi-sweet wine (~26 GEL), it all cost me about 56 GEL. The khinkali turned out to be divine - very juicy and fragrant, the dough was thin, but it did not tear, all the broth in the khinkali was inside. Definitely tastier than hinkali I have not eaten yet. Of course, you need to visit other places in Tbilisi, but I can say with confidence that you will hardly regret coming here. Khachapuri was a bit bland for my taste, but nevertheless, due to the fact that it was fresh, it flew away for a sweet soul. You can also smoke on the terrace.
The most wonderful place! We came in accidentally once, and then we couldn't pass by! Delicious food, large portions, incredible view of the city from the terrace!
I rarely leave reviews. But I can't ignore this place. I chose it according to Yandex estimates. And this is the case when everything fits. The kitchen is amazing, I can't find fault with anything at all. The service is also excellent. The terrace should be visited by everyone who visits Tbilisi
it is very tasty, located in old Tbilisi, the view is gorgeous. we went there almost the whole vacation. the prices are acceptable, there is no margin, generally 10/10
The food is more or less normal, but the dishes are ahtung, I haven't even seen this in Tai. The cups for tea were brought with lipstick. A plate with dirty, greasy fingers. There are no complaints about the staff.
Delicious, authentic, Georgian food. And the friendly staff. The prices are reasonable. The place is a trump card, and even the Botanical Garden is gorgeous nearby.
Of the 4 days spent in Tbilisi, we were there three times. The food is excellent, everything is very tasty, our favorite is potted beans and ajapuri. But you can safely try all khachapupi just great. The staff is excellent, almost all Russian speakers. In short, I recommend it as a restaurant for daily meals
Not bad. Delicious. The center of the old town. Ground floor and terrace. We waited a long time for khinkali for 40 minutes an hour. Khinkali 2, salad 12-18, mushrooms 16, with cheese 22.

Kharcho:
A small portion, and what surprised me very unpleasantly was that there was no sharpness, not even any piquancy.
It feels like a tasteless baby soup
Veal kebab on ketsi:
Serving is just meat, no sauce, no tortillas, no vegetables, nothing. The meat itself is soft and quite tasty, but unfortunately there is no taste of the grill / grill.
Prices are above average.
You can eat, but there is no flavor, there is no real Georgian cuisine, rather a toothless adaptation for tourists.
A good cafe. Nice music. The terrace has refreshing fans, but if it's still hot, then you can go inside it's cool. The staff is friendly. I took French fries and fruit tea in a teapot. It cost 20 GEL. Cook's advice: serve Hines ketchup with French fries.
The wine is good, pickles too, the view from the terrace is incredible-it's 3 stars. Khinkali is an average filling plus some holes, but the most terrible thing is a lamb kebab, why kill meat with pickling like that, the structure is completely spoiled, as if you eat overcooked liver, the taste of lamb has disappeared, and the dish, for a moment, costs 36 lari. 119 GEL total account.
Excellent restaurant, homemade wine and tasted Georgian Kisi, I liked it. Fresh vegetables and herbs in salads, the portions are large and delicious. I recommend
We were in Tbilisi for the first time and went to this restaurant on May 9th. There were no seats on the terrace, but we did not want to sit downstairs, although there is also a very interesting interior. Therefore, we waited to sit on the terrace. The waiters were friendly, the dishes did not wait long, they ordered khachapuri, kharcho, chicken in sauce, flatbread, and beer. The chicken was very tasty. I forgot the name, as it is called in Georgian. The kharcho is delicious, but a little thin. The beer is delicious. Khachapuri is very tasty. But they carried it to us for a very long time, and we had to remind them of our order. The waiters were a little confused about which dishes should be served, at which table. The toilet is clean. You can smoke on the terrace.
We wanted to order khinkali, the waitress said that there was no khinkali with meat, but before and after us there were khinkali with meat on almost every table. Ajapsandal was on the list of hot dishes, but it was brought cold. The pork kebab was raw inside - with blood - and not just a little, but very raw. They took it away, the cut piece was removed, the rest was dried so that the top crust could not be chewed - they had to give it to the cats and the kebab was very salty. Haachapuri in Adjarian style was served with cottage cheese instead of cheese. As a result, not a single at least more or less normal dish was brought to us. This is basically the worst restaurant I've ever been to.
I really like this place, we always sit on the ground floor - because of the interior)) and we don't need any terrace)) delicious and reasonable prices. The only thing is, the last time there was not a very tasty Georgian salad with nuts, probably because of the tomatoes, but we always come back here!! Recommend
A great place with a wonderful view of the river and the temple and excellent food, we tried kebabs and khachapuri in Adjarian. The price is acceptable (kebab 15 GEL). I definitely recommend it
It's an amazing place. Every time we visit Tbilisi, we come to Terrace 21. I have visited various cafes and restaurants in Tbilisi, and this place, in my opinion, is the best. Value for money, staff, location, interior, view from the terrace, everything is great

We stopped by for lunch because we saw a lot of good reviews. We sat down on the second floor indoors because it was cool. The sofas were very uncomfortable, you immediately fall into them and in order to get to the food banally, you have to sit on the very edge, your legs go numb for one or two. The food was generally normal. They did not understand the enthusiastic reviews.
Nice view on the terrace, very, very tasty :)
Khinkali 1.65 - with meat
Khachapuri in Adjarian 15.80
The plus in the receipt is 15% service
We will be happy to come again ☺️
Very tasty, fast and the price tag is average! I recommend taking national dishes! And most importantly, from the terrace there is a beautiful view of the Metekhi Church and the Kura river.
For the first time in Georgia and for the first time in this institution.
I liked everything, great view from the outdoor terrace, fast service, very polite and pleasant staff, helped with the choice, everything was delicious, the portions were large, the price tag is average, but lower than in many similar establishments, there is 18% "for service"

We had lunch here three times during the vacation, especially the chicken Shkmeruli, and in general, all the food is very tasty, from salads to khinkali. The last time we came 5 minutes before the kitchen was closed, and they fed us anyway, without restrictions on the menu! The cafe is large, three halls including a covered veranda with a beautiful view of the Old Town.
It is one of the few places where you want to return.
Courteous waiters, friendly staff, delicious dishes.
On the terrace you can smoke and enjoy the view around.
We thought where it would be better to go, we came here and did not regret it. A cozy place with pleasant music and very tasty cuisine. Prices relative to the center are acceptable 👍🏻👍🏻
A place with a lovely terrace and a great view. The prices are affordable for this location, the food and wine are excellent. I especially liked the pumpkin cream soup!
