It's just a horror, not a company. If you want to save your nerves and not wait for gas for years, do not contact this office!!!! They promise everything promptly, turnkey. As soon as they receive the money, their politeness and promises disappear. After payment, they do not take the handset, they do not call themselves, you call yourself - you will listen to a lot of complaints and anger. They were 3 months overdue for almost the promised period , and that was because they were also being pushed and bothered by us. They can't explain anything, they can't connect two words. And probably , if they hadn't called , then everything would have been in place. I never write reviews, but it just boiled over. All the positive reviews are screwed up. Even in Gorgaz, everyone sighs when you call yourself once again, asking how our gasification is, and they say, do you have a terrragaz? Everyone understands that this is a difficult and not a quick process, but we did not experience such an attitude, rather there was no attitude. You pick up the phone, explain. But no. Complete disregard and indifference after payment. When they were ordered, the prices were slightly lower than those of their competitors, which bribed and inspired confidence immediately. But believe me, it's better to pay a little more and deal with professionals. We also read the reviews before ordering, but we thought maybe there was a one-time misunderstanding. But no, they're like that with everyone. I do not recommend it!!!!!

Everything that was promised was done pretty quickly. We applied at the end of November, and on January 19th we already had gas. The construction and installation work was done in one day. All issues with Mingaz were resolved by a Terragaz employee.

I am very pleased with the way the gas was brought into the house. We did a gas project, all the excavations, and then connected the boiler in a private house. I could never have done it myself, but here everything was done competently, by real specialists. Quickly and efficiently, only pleasant emotions remained. I had a lot of questions, they consulted on each one, they did everything! I will only recommend these guys to others! Thanks!

It is impossible to get through. They don't pick up the phone, turn off the phone, and don't call back... And you have questions... because all the work, except for the external ones, for which TerraGaz is responsible, has been completed, the internal one has been commissioned by another contractor, they tell you - it's time to call Mingaz to turn on the gas.. and you're like, "maybe after the embed is done??" and to you - "and so you have such a situation??? Unique!" Because at the time of completion, everyone has an inset into the pipe, but we do not - because we have TERRAGAS, and not a normal office! And you have to go to Mingaz yourself and ask, "How are things with our gasification there?" because you can't get through to TerraGas! And in Mingaz, I answer "A.... So you have TerraGas! Well, everything is clear here! They're always like that!" - disgusting....
