When I have time, I always go to a Terrasport for Nazarbayev, I'm nearby. Three floors are full of sports facilities, both group and with a coach. Sauna, shower. I'm happy. Especially a group lesson with Semyon Arykin, a coach from God, he will tell you, help, you do not need to take individual lessons.
