I got a dog to cut, they told me to wait, take an hour for a walk, 30 minutes before the end they came, I haven't heard so much about my dog yet, as soon as they didn't call him bald, then ugly, disobedient, and well-mannered dog, if we stayed there I would have heard even more about my dog the dog didn't really like the haircut either, somewhere askew, somewhere crooked, and everything besides on the muzzle, the dog was brought out intimidated, for 50 rubles of course I regret that I led, I don't recommend the place, there is nothing good here, no room, no treatment of animals, no normal haircut, I put one

I have a poodle with a difficult character and in other grooming we could not find an approach to it, but in the Territory of Grooming everything is different, specialists in their field work here, each animal has its own special approach! My poodle Maurice is not nervous here at all. The groomers here are qualified and sociable! After the haircut, you can at least go to the exhibition!

Before visiting this salon, Irina's groomer had his pet cut twice, which is why they came to her.
As always, before the haircut, the groomer was warned how to cut the dog.
The result of Irina's groomer's work is not recognizable, she completely cut off her beautiful muzzle. The groomer's explanations struck even more - her scissors fell, so she had to cut off most of the hair on the dog's muzzle.
Irina ruined the appearance of the dog and the mood of its owners for a long time.
At the same time, we paid the full cost of services (50 rubles), and we never heard an apology from the groomer.
We will never turn to Irina for services again.

So. I took the dog to the express molt. In principle, I did not like everything: from the room to work. Everything from "a" to "z" took 50 minutes. Of which the dog was scratched 20-25: (Yes, I did not guess the molting phase. The undercoat did not come out. But for the sake of "visibility" of the work, it would be possible to stand and comb through what came out😪 I had to remind you about the claws, the fur between the pads of the paws was not shaved, working with the compressor was
stressful for my dog, but no one switched to a hair dryer; they washed ala "blunder", they did not pay attention to any areas. They forgot about the paws altogether.
A very interesting situation with the price tag came out. My husband wrote on Instagram, the price tag was called 40 rubles. When I wrote, they announced 50. Everything is bad in this situation. I hate giving money away for no clear reason. I could wash my dog and cut my claws at home, by myself, with more professional product lines…
The approach of haircuts and other things without fixation is a little unclear. Like, "we are against ringings and fixations, because a dog can suffocate."
It's more likely that the dog will jump off the table and break something for himself…
In general, I left very upset, I won't be back for sure 😔

The place is terrible. The workers don't give a damn about animals, they would have said to put them to sleep, I don't think they would have blinked an eye.
They cut the cat's hair, not only was the claw cut to pulp (it was bleeding all over), but they cut it terribly, mutilated and scared the animal.
Avoid this institution and read reviews before signing up.

We visited this grooming salon. The attitude is, to put it mildly, bad towards animals. Children are running, dogs are being scared away, who are on a haircut. The dogs are screaming. The dog is held by force, after which the frightened dog is given away.... I do not recommend this grooming specialist to anyone!!!!
