There is no wooden flooring for feet in the Russian bath, maybe it is not provided there, but the floor is not just wet, and the water is always a centimeter high and when going down, you always have to think how to successfully become barefoot in this water, so as not to slip and fall.
There are constant puddles on the territory that are not cleaned, you walk and you are afraid to fall, and you walk slowly.A girl fell in front of me and hit herself hard enough . There is no lifeguard or a person who at least keeps order . There was some kind of lawlessness in the pool , in a strong intoxication , the man put his finger into the water cannon , then after enjoying this event to his heart 's content , he began generously releasing his saliva into the pool and rinsing his lips and nose in it .
Some people forget that they are in a public pool and imagining that they are somewhere at sea , take a glass of beer with them and enjoy drinking this drink right in the pool.

We visited the SPA area with our family, the pool is not large, different types of baths, clean, not a large locker room. There are a lot of people on weekends. There is a bar where you can have a snack or drink tea, coffee, mineral water. There is also a cosmetologist, an appointment in advance, a lot of very willing people. Friendly staff.

A great place to relax and spend time, we always come here as a family when we are in Minsk. A large selection of baths and saunas. The opportunity to plunge into the font with cool water. There is an opportunity to have a snack at the bar and drink tea or something stronger. I definitely recommend the place to visit.

I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service of the water park, the employees do not know which zones work for them and which do not. I received a complete disinfection regarding the operation of the spa beach. On Instagram, the manager replied that everything was working for them and indicated the opening hours , but when I arrived, the girl at the reception told me completely different information. Moreover, she could not even calmly express her thoughts , but began to yell. At the reception, I didn't even hear the words of apology addressed to me. I went back to the manager on Instagram with a question why I was misinformed, to which I received an answer that I was simply misunderstood, and to clarify immediately in correspondence what I mean - I did not have enough competence. As a result, I wasted my time and ruined my mood, thanks to such employees

To say that all the baths are super is not the case. Unfortunately, on weekends, the baths do not reach the temperature because there is a very large flow of guests and it turns out not to be a bathhouse, but just a warm room.

A great place for a family vacation. Large aqua zone with Jacuzzi and water slides, SPA area (Russian bath, Finnish, Turkish hammam, caldarium), font with cold water. In summer, there is a large swimming pool and a whole water play park for children, a food court and all this in the open air. I recommend weekdays for visiting, because the number of people is significantly less.

Of the advantages, neatly, baths for every taste, for me there are only four sensible ones, but as they say for taste and color ..., the staff works on time, according to the schedule cleaning and ventilation, there is a food point, with delicious and herbal tea and a menu (fast food,cakes, draniki)prices are like at the airport), perhaps only one of the disadvantages is the drain in the women's shower, if three showers work, the water does not have time to drain and you stand in a soapy "alien" solution..It's not pleasant.And of course, very often the sauna is crowded, the number of sunbeds is limited, but this is the evening time, and on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday)

A good spa center, but I do not recommend a water park, it was in January 2024, the water in the water park was very cold due to the fact that there is an outdoor pool on the street, all the water cools down quickly and does not have time to heat up, the passage to the street was also closed to people, apparently due to the cold weather, it was very uncomfortable to swim but, we spent almost all the time in the sauna, warming ourselves)

Only the name remains of the former spa.
Baths are working somewhere, not somewhere, there are not enough sun beds for everyone.
And the contingent leaves much to be desired!
The way they come into the barn, the doors are not closed, then they shout and talk loudly, as if a meeting room, then they rustle packages in the bathhouse, something is creepy, they drink, smear themselves where they can't.
A creepy place that hasn't been updated since it was built.

I often visit the SPA at the Lebyazhy Water Park. It's nice to relax and unwind there. A complex of baths for every taste, sun loungers by the pool where you can relax after a steam bath, a font with cold water, a pool with hydro massage, everyone will find something to their taste. They are always politely greeted at the reception, given a bathrobe and a towel. Everything is convenient and comfortable. I always leave the SPA refreshed, in a positive mood, and feeling well! I love the SPA center in Lebyazhem. When I realize that I really need a vacation, I come here. The water-thermal complex is beautiful at a good price and without an appointment, it is very convenient. The SPA treatments are good, the prices are pleasant, the massage therapists are professional, the reception staff are pleasant and attentive, the location is advantageous.

I have been to the spa complex only once with my family. We took a subscription for 4 hours at once and did not regret it: The polite and friendly staff immediately greets you, there is a choice of baths (but I liked saunas the most). During the breaks, it was nice to sit in the hot tub. The only thing that did not please me was the price of food (because we were there for 4 hours, I still wanted to eat). However, the rest was on top - I recommend it.

The water park is just lovely. It is convenient, comfortable, cozy. But there is not a big minus, the related materials are expensive (food, water, etc.)
But this is the case everywhere.
You need to take at least 3-4 hours, then you will feel the beauty of this place.

I attend the floating + pearl bath procedures periodically. And it's always a complete relaxation. I like the fact that the office is separate and no extraneous sounds, except pleasant music, penetrate into it. A lot has already been said about floating and it is difficult to underestimate it. This is definitely a salvation for any back. This is an immersion into space, complete weightlessness and, of course, is very useful for the whole body, as well as the nervous system. The prices at Lebyazhem are pleasantly surprising, the staff is always polite and the atmosphere is wonderful. I definitely recommend it! 😘

We go periodically with my husband or the whole family to relax and unwind. Very cool! I especially like the hammam and the pool with aquamasseurs. Perfectly relaxes the body and brain after working days. The 65-year-old mother also liked it. There are many saunas in which the optimal temperature for older people. Children also like to hang out in saunas and the pool and plunge into the ice font. I recommend it!

There are women sitting at the reception (one introduced herself as Parkhimovich) who work reluctantly, spoil the mood, make complaints to us, customers, and raising their voices at adults for ignorance of certain moments, and not politely explaining, but visitors are fined for every minute of delay... I recommend the spa area, a lot of baths, everyone will find to their liking. I like Russian most of all in combination with an ice font and a hammam. There is a bar right outside the turnstile, you can have a snack and quench your thirst. Everything is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly.

The children's area is not bad, warm water, not a deep pool, but it's bad that you can't view it from all sides on a dry floor, you must definitely go in.The slides are not bad, but the passages on them are narrow, if there is a queue (and they are inexhaustible there) then you cannot go to other slides to which one staircase leads.If you decide to go for a rest, it's better for the whole day, because queues on the slides take a lot of time.In the shower (I can only say about the female one)there are few towel racks.
