I will put 5 exclusively for the service, location and bed. The guys at the reception are very responsive. The bed is the best! Just a bomb, sleeping and sleeping on one. The room itself is a little empty, and you can only walk to the floor — this must be borne in mind

The staff is excellent, especially the maids. It is better to settle in the main building, because there is no phone in the room with a connection to the reception, in case of problems you will have to go to the lobby. There is no elevator. This is a big minus, especially in the heat. The bed, the room itself, the balcony, the shower-everything is super. But for that kind of money, even though it's a center, I would consider Marriott next time. It's in the next building, not much more expensive, but the service is of a different order (friends lived there during our time there).

A great hotel in the center of Yerevan for good money. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, nice view from the window
