Of the pros: 65% of the food was delicious
(the cafe was ordered for the wake)
Cons: The dishes are dirty! So much so that after taking a "clean" plate, I had food left on my hands and brought it to replace it. No one apologized! And they gave other "clean" plates, no less greasy. I showed you again that it was dirty. They took it as my whim. I had to wash it myself!!! And in general, the room is not very clean. The staff seemed to see the customers for the first time. Not polite. No one was serving the guests. They just brought the food and went to sit in their room. In the process, we had to take away the used dishes ourselves. And to free up space on the table. Plus, there were problems with counting and payment.
The event was so not joyful, but thanks to this institution, you are still nervous.
In short, I do not recommend it at all!
The staff is good and friendly, the atmosphere will go, the waiting time will not even have time to blink as everything is already served, the interior is interesting, the drinks are ordinary, the dishes are delicious, but there is one minus: there used to be unsanitary conditions, there were even COCKROACHES
Awful. We came to enjoy a delicious lunch on Sunday. So not only is there no one at one (1) in the afternoon, so no one came out or offered. The door was open, the lights were off everywhere. The silence seemed to have died out there. As a result, I had to have lunch through a grocery store I visited.
On maintenance Bonket dirty plates are not removed from the table and are not replaced with clean ones. I had to wash the dishes myself. The serving of the dishes was not timely. The waiter sliced the melon and served it on the table, not deigning to remove more than one seed from it.
The service and cleanliness of the tables does not deserve more. Crumbs are removed from the tables by sweeping away the client with their hands. Cutlery is laid out grabbing with dirty hands (immediately after receiving money) for those parts that come into contact with food.
