There are a lot of emissions polluting the atmosphere, poor operation of the exhaust emissions purification system. In fact, the city of Temirtau has terrible (no) heating and hot water in the summer, which leads to overload of electrical substations due to additional loads from heaters.

It's cold at home, max 13 degrees in winter. You have to turn on the heater all the time. The batteries are barely warm. They don't heat it at all on weekends. It's a mess.
