A store of this class should always have everything you need: phones, headphones for any model, cases, etc.. Employees can be trained better, not everyone understands their responsibilities and performs them properly. Some even behave wildly, start staring, imposing, etc. Teach your employees how to work properly, some of them frankly spoil the impression of the store. No matter how I go in, there are either no customers at all or very few. Sellers themselves often stand idle, consider customers, make fun, some behave like monkeys descending from a tree, not all, but most. The only thing that pleases is that I bought the phone in an official store with a guarantee, and not in a market full of scammers. Change employees to more competent and polite ones, and then, perhaps, the store will rise in the ranking. So far, it does not deserve more than 3.
