They always explain in detail what's wrong with the car, what repair options are available, what can be done right away, and what will wait. The staff really knows their stuff. I came for both routine maintenance and diagnostics — each time I got a complete picture of the condition of the car, without imposing unnecessary services. I want to share my impressions of visiting the Tech Service on Kuprevich car service. I don't really understand the technical details, so I always worry when I have to take the car for repairs. But I was pleasantly surprised here!
From the very beginning, I was greeted very politely, everything was explained in an accessible language. Master Nikita listened attentively to my complaints about the strange noise in the engine, made a diagnosis and told me in detail what the problem was. I was offered several solutions, and I chose the one that suited me in terms of price and timing.
The repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently, and they also gave useful tips on car care. I was especially pleased that they called me when the car was ready and explained everything in detail.
