I arrived at Kalinina 2A to replace the oil and all filters. Only oil and fuel were available. For some reason, the locksmith began to unscrew the protection and drain the oil, although they had always pumped it out before. The fuel pump refused to change at all, because allegedly some kind of pumping was needed, he answered my questions about what had always been changed before and there were no problems. I lost a lot of time, I didn't really do anything. Good guys used to work. Now everything is unprofessional. I won't come back.

Carefully, in a few steps, all the oil was pumped out of the pan through a dipstick, the filter was replaced, an oil change tag was hung on the expansion tank (as before with the officials), I paid by card 24.99byn.
