Hello! I would like to share our experience of using two eSIM from Tez Telecom, which turned our vacation into a real nightmare. Instead of enjoying the trip, we were forced to deal with constant problems with the Internet. These SIM cards refuse to work exactly when it is most needed. The Internet may simply disappear, and tech support will convince you that everything is "fine" with them. Imagine: you come to a new country and you don't have the Internet. You have to search for Wi-Fi to contact tech support, which only works from 9 to 18.
You will have to memorize your eSIM numbers by heart, because you will be constantly asked for them. Instead of real help, technical support is limited to standard tips: "turn off/on" or "check the settings". All this, of course, has already been done before the appeal! And only after 20-30 minutes of correspondence, perhaps the Internet will start working as if by magic.
The last case happened in Amsterdam. We arrived, and the Internet just disappeared. On one sim card it was not there at all, on the other it appears, but the quality is terrible and constant breaks. We spent a total of about an hour and a half trying to set up the Internet according to the technical support instructions, but nothing helped. We are located in Amsterdam, where the coverage should be excellent, even 3G should work stably! Why your SIM cards don't work or work so badly is a mystery. We have been using your services for more than one year, but the level of service leaves much to be desired. It's frustrating and has already become unbearable. In general, avoid them!
