I chose this office because its opening hours are until 22:00 (this is indicated on the teztour website, on Yandex maps and directly at the point of sale itself). I arrived here 1.5 hours before closing time. It's fenced. There is a sign "technical break (phone number indicated)". I understand that an employee cannot sit absolutely in place all the time. There is a need to go somewhere, have a snack, etc. I immediately decided not to call, you never know if the employee will return soon. I'm walking around the mall. I'll be there in 10 minutes. Closed. OK, I'm walking. I come up after another 5 minutes. It's still closed. I'm calling the specified number. The answering machine suggests waiting 1 minute. I wait, call, loom near the point (suddenly the employee will notice and return to the workplace). So I spend another 10 minutes. The answering machine suggests waiting if a consultation is needed now. I'm walking around the mall again, still calling. Before leaving, I looked again to make sure with my own eyes whether the employee is at his workplace before the end of his working day. There was no one there.
The result: 40 minutes of waiting, of which 23 minutes of continuous answering machine calls. Irresponsible attitude to work, disrespect for customers.
P.S. It's easy to put up another sign if the work schedule of a particular point of sale has changed for just one Friday evening.
