Five stars have been declared. Actually 4. Meager buffets. They save on water (for three people for a day at a heat of 40 degrees, 2 liters of water are put in the room), towels. They asked to wash the refrigerator-so no one washed it in 8 days. The car keys were picked up quickly at the entrance, but waiting for your car was a big problem. The staff is polite, but not responsible. And so in general, the hotel is not bad for this price for Dubai.

After reading the reviews, we were afraid that much of what was a feature of the hotel (for example, dinners at fairmont) was no longer available, we thought for a long time about buying a ticket, but decided - and for good reason!
As a result, we had a great time at the hotel. Next, I will write it in order.
Rooms - start from the standards on the ground floor, then standart ocean view (in fact, this is not a view of the palm tree, where the pool and the main beach, but of the wide "big" sea, as well as a gray, dull, noisy road. We had such a room, and we asked to change it for us, and immediately received a standard for a palm tree, although angular. The room is not bad, relatively fresh, without a balcony. So that they began to change again. Here you need to do two things - 1) register in the ihg hotels loyalty program 2) ask for a Russian speaking girl at the reception - she will help you. A year ago, I helped my friends for free, this year +150 dirhams per night (officially twice as expensive) and hoba! We already have a two-room suite with a balcony. Change it, it's worth it, even if there are two of you.
They clean up every day, bring as much water as you ask for
Meals - we had breakfasts and dinners. Although there are all variations of diets. Breakfast - buffet + a la carte dish to order. Of the drinks, there is even a passable cappuccino. We put a four for breakfast - delicious, simple, monotonous.
Dinners (they can be changed to lunches, the menu is the same) are quite good, everything is on the menu.
But it's better to come to the reception in the morning and drop the table at the fairmont hotel, they used to be in the same grid, and in August they dispersed to the new owners (and dinners were not available), now you can go to dinner at the fairmont again. There are several restaurants to choose from. We were in Asia and in the sea. The dinners are so good. Take some water with you. It is paid at dinners.
The beach is neat, smooth, cleaned well. A few shells, but not enough to take special shoes. They write in the comments above, and we took it, but in vain.
The sea is warm, without jellyfish. Deep enough, but not immediately. Suitable for children. There is a rental and entertainment on the side, the price tag is cheerful.
Pools - there are three of them. Children's small and two large. Hanging out on an adult, playing music all day. You can even smoke a hookah. The price tag is cheerful, cocktails average 80 aed ($ 22), juices and mocktails are twice cheaper. Water is also paid.
The depth of the pool is a meter.
On the territory there is a Playground, basketball court, chess. The territory is green, well-groomed. The hotel is located on a palm tree. Dubai Mall (and Burj Khalifa) is an hour's drive away. If you need the city center, it's far away. This is a beach hotel, first of all, but there is a water park and Atlantis nearby. Emirates and Dubai malls - there are free transfers (as well as for dinners at Fairmont).
In short, I liked the Hotel. Stylish, modern. The staff tries to help, prompt. A solid five.
However, keep in mind that the hotel is small, in my opinion, there will be plenty of weeks in it

The November vacation at this hotel was a success.
Located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah.(one hotel away from Atlantis) from Dubai Marina 20 min by taxi and to Dubai Mall 30 min.The Sail and Burj Khalifa are visible from the Beach.
The beach is clean.coarse sand and clam shells.The deck chairs are comfortable, towels have been lying on them since the morning.

This year, the hotel's service has become significantly worse!
The most important drawback is that the beach was closed from 01.08.23 (it was announced that until August 10 - I can't confirm whether it was opened in the end or not, because they left earlier). Heavy machinery was working all along the coast (either the sand was washed, or the stones were cleaned...Advice to those who are going there in the near future - check with the tour operator about the beach in advance before the trip).
In addition, since August 1, they have severed cooperation with the Ferromount hotel, where last year it was possible to go for free to dinner in a la carte restaurants.
The variety of dishes in the hotel has also decreased - there is no fish at all at breakfast (there was an abundance of it last year), the assortment of cheeses has decreased, etc. The main menu is the same for lunch and dinner with a small selection, it gets boring pretty quickly, although they cook very tasty (a separate respect for the chef)!
In general, it became very noticeable that the owner of the hotel began to save significantly on small things (even the slippers were no longer of the same quality as they were last year).
Of course, all these little things did not spoil our rest, because we simply did not pay attention to something, but decided something ourselves, because it is not the first time we are resting in the UAE.
On Saturdays, they paid entrance to the main pool - 100 Dhs per person (you can order drinks or alcohol on them later), because on this day, from 10 to 19 o'clock, water parties are held for locals. For everyone else, there is a second pool, where it really gets cramped...Last year, the concept was a little different, the entrance was free, but children under 18 were not allowed.
As a result (in my opinion), this year the rating of the hotel really does not pull above 4 stars!
Accordingly, the price tag for it should be different.
When we left the hotel last year, there was a feeling that we had found the perfect hotel for ourselves, but according to the results of the rest this year, it's already worth thinking carefully whether it's worth coming back here or it's better to find an alternative (fortunately, for about the same price tag, the choice is very large) ...!

We were at this hotel at the end of August. In general, he did not disappoint. The heat in it is carried comfortably, the sea is nearby, you do not have time to feel the heat.
Positive:
- The sea is warm and clean, 50 meters from the hotel.
- The territory is closed, quite relaxing. There is no one around, you can safely swim in your personal sea.
- The rooms are new, cozy. Huge comfortable bed, gorgeous bed linen.
- The opportunity to go to another hotel for dinner. Every day we chose a new restaurant, a real gastronomic delight.
Minuses
- The hotel is located at a distance, you can only get to the city by taxi. Sometimes waiting took a very long time.
- On weekends there are queues for breakfast to get a table. And this is out of season.
- Sharp rocks at the entrance to the sea. They left with wounded legs. The beach is not exactly suitable for children.
- The territory is not very green, there is little shade
- Two small pools waist-deep.
- Rooms without a balcony, windows do not open. In the bathroom, nothing is adapted for drying.
- Food and service is just like that in a restaurant. In such a beautiful hotel and such a below-average restaurant, it's not clear how. Always running lost waiters. Hindus and Arabs are served in priority.
